At first glance, it looks like a long-established restaurant, but it is actually a chain store found in various locations. The restaurant name, atmosphere, and decor are all designed to look like a long-established place, but nothing particularly fancy. The taste is quite ordinary. The omelette rice is neither exceptionally delicious nor terrible, just average. Considering the prices, it feels a bit expensive, possibly due to high rent costs.

I visited for lunch. There was no wait, probably because it was a weekday. I wanted to try both omurice and pancakes, and they had a set menu that includes both! Everything was served on one plate. The omurice had a fluffy and delicious egg with a nice demiglace sauce. The pancakes were just the right size and I finished them quickly. Thank you for the meal ⭐︎

I don't feel like going too far. I've never tried a specialty omurice restaurant that I found during work. I'm a bit hesitant to try it out because I don't really understand chain specialty stores, but I guess I need to muster up the courage! I'm a bit worried about how well they are received if the product is too fancy. But let's give it a try! The interior of the store is small but cute, and the atmosphere is very nice. I quickly ordered the classic dish and the recommended dish. The staff seemed to be working with a small team. A new staff member was trying their best to take orders and handle payments. I felt like cheering them on. Now, time to taste it. The taste is gentle and delicious, suitable for both children and adults. Be careful, it's hot so watch out for burns. Thank you for the meal!

I ordered the Demio Omelette Rice in large portion (¥1200) and a dessert set (¥280). Overall, the meal was simple yet satisfying in terms of portion size. The restaurant, located near Kabukicho, was calm, and the staff's service was very polite. The taste alone might have been a 3-star rating, but the exceptional service from the staff made the experience wonderful.

I had errands in Shinjuku and parked my car at Subnade before coming to this restaurant. Since I had a stomachache the other day, I chose the omelette rice that seemed gentle on the stomach. It was a simple omelette rice served on a plate with salad and dessert. The gentle flavor was very delicious. The service was also friendly and I had a good impression. I would like to visit again.

Today, based on the opinions of reviewers, I visited "Tamago to Watashi" in Shinjuku Subnade. For my first visit, I ordered the classic omurice with demi-glace sauce. The rice portion was 150g, so I opted for the large serving of 180g for 1,200 yen. The fluffy omurice wrapped in a beautiful egg, paired perfectly with the well-balanced demi-glace sauce. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

Egg and I, located in Shinjuku Subnade, is a specialty omurice (omelette rice) restaurant. I ordered the following:
- Classic omurice: ¥930, large portion ¥1080
- Choice of dessert: + ¥280 for Cream Cheese and Lemon Francheria Ice Cream
The omurice was served in about 5 minutes and was beautifully perfect. Inside, it had mushrooms and onions with ketchup rice, just like the old days. The taste was solid and moist, just as expected from a specialty omurice restaurant. It had a traditional feel but was delicately made without any roughness. It was a delightful meal!

Eggs 'n Things can be found in various locations, but Shinjuku Subnade is relatively easy to get to. The Beef Tongue Stew Omelette Rice Set is a unique dish where the omelette is not the main focus, but rather the stew. The stew is rich and flavorful, complemented by the tender beef tongue. The dessert is a caramel pudding with a crispy texture. At 1180 yen, it's worth trying. I would give it a 70 out of 100 recommendation.

Tokyo, Shinjuku-ku. Shinjuku Underground Subnade. The interior of the shop is not very big, but I liked it with its lively background music and friendly customer service. There are mostly women customers. The shop is not full, but there were only two male customers in the crowded shop. The shop can accommodate about 20 people. Beef stew omelette rice for 1,180 yen with a drink for 150 yen. It looks beautiful and lovely. The meat is rich and tender. I wish there were more chunks of meat. It's delicious, so I eat it slowly and carefully. Thank you for the meal.

I had the Omu Rice Doria for 1,050 yen at "Tamago to Watashi" in Shinjuku's Subnade. It's a recommended winter menu featuring an Omu Rice with "melting mozzarella cheese & spinach meat." The white sauce includes shimeji mushrooms, bacon, and spinach. There's also a meat sauce underneath, creating a double sauce effect. The mozzarella cheese on top melts and tastes like cheese fondue. The chicken rice is well-seasoned with ketchup. The eggs are soft and delicious. If there was a bit more white sauce, it would have been even better, like a doria soaked in soup, perfect for the winter cold.

When going out alone, it can be a bit tricky to choose a restaurant to eat alone. But on this day, I decided to go here. It was a Saturday and I noticed many solo female diners. I ordered the Cheesy Beef Tongue Stew Omelette Rice Plate with Crème Brûlée for 1,180 yen (excluding tax). The portion size was just right for a woman, but might be a bit small for a man. The salad that came with the plate was a nice touch, providing some vegetables. I wished there was a bit more of the beef tongue stew, as it ran out quickly. The Crème Brûlée was more like a baked custard, but still a nice dessert. The place got crowded quickly, so you can't really linger, but it's a decent spot for a quick meal.

After shopping in Shinjuku, it was raining so we passed through Subnade on our way home and felt a little hungry, so we decided to have omurice for dinner. It was close to 9pm, so I was worried that they might have already stopped taking orders, but surprisingly it was okay. The closing time was also later than expected, so we were able to enter smoothly. Even though we were in the mood for omurice, when we looked at the menu, we were immediately drawn to the Hamburg Omelette Doria... A cheesy omelette with a juicy hamburger patty on top! Well, there's egg on it too, so you could say it's like omurice. Because it's a Doria, the rice was piping hot and the hamburger was generous in portion, so it turned out to be just fine! In terms of appearance, it seemed like there was more rice and ingredients compared to a regular omurice. The dish was served on a plate that was not the usual flat one for omurice, so it looked a bit smaller... but, however! I think there was more rice in this Doria compared to a typical omurice. Additionally, the hamburger was quite substantial, giving it a satisfying bite. The juiciness of the hamburger, the demi-glace sauce, the sweetness of the egg, and the richness of the cheese all mixed together to create a delicious dish! Omurice usually comes with salad and soup, but Doria only came with soup and no salad... For some reason, there are times when I really crave omurice. I would like to visit this restaurant again on my way back from Shinjuku!

I came here with a friend after shopping because we both felt like eating Western food. The name of the restaurant was quite mysterious and it was our first time visiting. We arrived around 5:30 pm and were seated right away, but soon the restaurant became full with customers lining up. It might be a good idea to come in the early evening to avoid the crowds. I ordered the omurice set with beef stew. The consomme soup that was served first was delicious. I was hoping for thick slices of beef in the beef stew since it was called "tanshichu," but it only had two small pieces. Considering the price, it was understandable. However, the fluffy omurice paired well with the beef stew and I couldn't stop eating. The egg in the omurice was incredibly fluffy and delicious, making me wonder how they achieved that texture. My friend ordered the omurice with cheese on top, and it was covered with so much white cheese that you couldn't even see the omurice underneath. Cheese lovers would definitely enjoy it. This restaurant is great for when you want to casually enjoy omurice with friends, a partner, or family. If I ever crave omurice in Shinjuku again, I will definitely come back here.

I stopped by after work at night. The fluffy egg dish was delicious. I wish there were more choices of alcohol. The atmosphere feels like a restaurant inside a station! Maybe they could improve the lighting a bit. The food is delicious!

I have been enjoying omurice once a week recently, and I tried a chain restaurant for the first time. I could imagine omurice gratin, but there were also some unique options like wrapped style and creamy egg style. While I have heard of tomato, demi-glace, and cream sauces, I had never heard of meat sauce before! So I tried the wrapped style with meat sauce. As it is an omurice specialty restaurant, the taste is delicious. It's just delicious!! This is important. Also, the cheese flavor is wonderfully balanced! It has a rich taste, and you can't see it, but every now and then it stretches out. This level of assertiveness is nice. It's convenient for when you want to quickly enjoy omurice, being directly connected to the station. ♡

In January 2019, I visited a chain of omurice restaurants in Shinjuku. Shinjuku is a great place to explore different restaurants as everything is conveniently located. The underground walkways make it easy to get around. The restaurant had about 12 table seats and specialized in omurice. I ordered the omurice set with a large portion and a drink. The regular portion was 150 grams of rice, while the large portion was 180 grams. It arrived in about 10 minutes with soup, salad, iced coffee, and a plate of omurice with plenty of ketchup. The egg was thick and satisfying, and the rice inside was subtly seasoned but tasty. With the richness and tanginess of the ketchup, I managed to finish it all. There are probably more chain omurice restaurants out there, but this one was well-made and I would definitely visit again. Thick egg, no burnt edges Sweet rice, well-cooked Ketchup, rich with tanginess Ingredients: chicken, onion, mushrooms Omurice large portion: 1000 yen Drink set: 210 yen Thank you for the meal.

This time, I visited the Omurice specialty restaurant, Tamago to Watashi Shinjuku Subnade branch. The interior of the restaurant is clean and mainly consists of booth seating. Since it is an Omurice specialty shop, there are a variety of Omurice options to choose from! I was quite indecisive but ended up ordering the classic Omurice from a simple Western-style restaurant. I chose the ketchup sauce only. It looked simpler than I expected. The amount of ingredients was a bit less than I would have liked... The eggs were not fluffy but cooked properly! I saw other interesting Omurice options on the menu, so I will definitely come back again. Thank you for the meal.

◼️The set menu options from omurice are plentiful. ◆Tomato stew omurice with shrimp bisque flavor & ham salad. ◼️The restaurant is a part of the Dotol Holdings management. Other establishments under the same management include "Dotol" and "Yo Menya Goemon." The seating is close together with the neighboring tables. ◼️Most of the customers are women.

I was tired from shopping and happened to see this restaurant in front of me, so I went in. The food was simply delicious.
