I got takeout from the meat shop or delicatessen on Gokou Street, called Nikuyano Yome. For some reason, they also have bread displayed at the storefront. It feels like a shop that started with online sales and then opened a physical store. I bought mino simmered in broth, hormone stew, tendon stew, and beef tongue. They all tasted really good. The hormone and tendon dishes go well with a slightly stronger beer. The portion sizes are not too big, making them perfect for enjoying with a drink in the evening. They offer various options like oxtail soup and tripe hot pot sets, so it seems like a convenient place to shop. The beef tongue was also quite delicious.
