The food article continues ..............(^-^)ゞ After Kobe Cook World Buffet, I visited Yakiniku One Karubi, which also opened in Raifugarden Mizumaki. I had heard good reviews about it before, so I took the opportunity to visit the Mizumaki branch. The Spinning Salad was mixed right next to the table. The first meat brought to us was the One Karubi, which is also the name of the restaurant. We also ordered the beautifully cut Harumisteak. Instead of white rice, we ordered the Japanese-style beef shigure-ni tea rice. When we placed the meat on the grill with tongs, we could feel the weight of the One Karubi and Harumisteak. The aroma of the meat as it started cooking tickled our noses and increased our appetite. We also ordered the Upper Kalbi and Upper Roast yakiniku (with raw egg), but I was too focused on grilling them and forgot to take a picture. With the all-you-can-drink option, the beer was flowing. I quickly ordered another glass of Premium Malt. The garlic soy rib kalbi was delicious, but if I had to choose one favorite, it would be this one. This might be the diced kalbi. The Sagari Steak, which my wife enjoyed, was flavored with a "luxurious truffle sauce." The crispy and perfect for beer Upper Mino. Since my wife doesn't like offal, this area is all mine. I accidentally ordered two pieces of Sagari Steak, but it was so delicious that I easily finished it. The Salmon and Avocado Pot Parfait Salad. At this point, my wife's chopsticks stopped moving and she gave up, but my stomach was still full of energy. I ordered a Highball with a twist of garlic salt. The meat-sucking dish with yuzu and bonito aroma. I realized I hadn't eaten beef tongue, so I added garlic salted tongue. At One Karubi, you can only order one dessert per person. After hesitating while looking at the menu, my wife chose the Mont Blanc-style luxurious cocoa parfait. As a substitute for dessert for me, my wife made the executive decision and chose the rich Cream Brulee. Although I gave up on yakiniku early, I couldn't resist the Roast Beef Yukke-style at the end. The last order of Highball. In the end, I ended up drinking four Premium Malts and four Highballs, a total of eight drinks. We enjoyed the yakiniku for a generous two hours. As the sun had set, we left the restaurant with our bulging bellies. I apologize for the personal story, but four years ago in the spring, I had surgery to implant a pacemaker due to arrhythmia. In a blog post after leaving the hospital, I reflected on my previous reckless lifestyle and wrote, "I want to be more moderate in my eating and drinking habits, as well as exercise, and avoid the excessive eating and drinking that was a weekly routine." However, I recently found myself questioning whether I am still following this, as I now only abstain from alcohol two days a week and have quite a gluttonous lifestyle at my age. My weight and waistline continue to grow daily. Perhaps it's the fault of having Kobe Cook or One Karubi nearby, or maybe it's my fault for frequenting them ..............(^-^)ゞ **[Notice]** I have posted "Japan's Largest Biotope - Kyoudan Biotope" on the Fukuoka Special Correspondent Blog for "The Walking Guide of the Earth."
