I went to takeout at 14:17. My e-ticket was expiring today, so I bought a ¥700 food ticket. It can only be used for one item, so it's better not to buy it. If you do buy it, it's better to split it into ¥500 and ¥200. They didn't have lasagna. I got 3 types of mushrooms and stone oven focaccia for ¥700, which felt like a waste. I also got a hot yuzu citrus tea for ¥501, even though the staff said it was under ¥500. When I checked the receipt, it was actually ¥663. I confirmed to use a ¥500 drink ticket, but it seems like I wasted money today. I brought my cup, but when I asked for customization, they charged me an extra ¥50 for not using my cup. It feels like I wasted around ¥400 in total.

I ordered an Espresso Doppio, which is basically a coffee with two shots of espresso. Doppio means "double" in Italian. It's delicious and I enjoy being able to savor the espresso flavor. It's become one of my favorites.

I'm not sure about the differences since I haven't used the Osaka Castle Park store, but they seem to have a similar atmosphere. To get to the Morinomiya store, it's just a few minutes walk from Morinomiya Station. On a weekend afternoon, the store was packed, with seats filling up quickly. The store has terrace seating, sofa seating, and counter seating, with a typical store layout. Although I couldn't see Osaka Castle from the store, there were local artists' paintings on display, and the store used stone materials inspired by the castle walls. I tried the Cream Chiffon Cake with a fluffy texture and a lightly coated cream, along with a Chai Tea Latte, which I love from Starbucks. Finally, I enjoyed a relaxing tea time on a vacant sofa seat while chatting with friends.

It was so hot that I decided to go for an "Iced Matcha Tea Latte Short (460 yen)" to cool down. I drank it quickly with an environmentally friendly paper straw. It's a shame to see the latte clinging to the ice at the end...

Starbucks in Osaka Castle Park! It's my first time at Osaka Castle, and I didn't know it was such a wonderful place! So much greenery!! The park is big and the grounds are spacious! Starbucks blends in among all of this. There's also a stylish bakery next door, and Lawson is brown. It was crowded at Starbucks because there was an event on today. Today's coffee: Pike Place Roast. Live music was playing, and it felt like I was at a festival. It's nice here.

In May 2023, I visited the STARBUCKS COFFEE Osaka Castle Park Morinomiya store, a regional landmark store. I wanted to try the malasada custard cream at Starbucks, which is inspired by the stone walls of Osaka Castle's main tower and features artwork by local artists. The weather was nice, and although I couldn't sit on the terrace, the atmosphere was great. The staff even asked if I preferred a mug instead of a disposable cup at the register. The store's original art, created by local artists, added a unique touch to the place. It was a lovely Starbucks, perfect for families, pets, and couples. Of course, it's also great for solo visitors. The store is located near Morinomiya Station on the Osaka Metro, making it a convenient spot in the community. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with great weather. Highly recommended!

I went to Starbucks Coffee Osaka Castle Park Morinomiya Store in Osaka Castle Park. This store was created with a theme, called a Regional Market Land Store, designed to resemble the stone walls of a castle. I had high expectations but found that it wasn't much different from a regular store. I tried the seasonal limited edition Melon Melon drink, which had a good amount of fruit and tasted delicious.

I am in Osaka. I am visiting Starbucks Coffee's regional landmark stores, so even though I have no specific plans, I got off at Morinomiya Station and came here. I have seen Osaka Castle many times before, so I decided to skip it this time. I arrived around 3:30 pm on a weekday and there weren't many people in line, and the store was not crowded. It would probably be very busy on weekends. I ordered an iced coffee with no ice and added non-fat milk. It tasted just as good as always. This Starbucks is located near the exit of Osaka Castle Nishinomaru Outdoor Music Hall towards Morinomiya Station. It is in a perfect location for taking a break after walking around the park. There are also bakeries nearby. I bought a coffee while walking and saw many people enjoying their drinks near the fountain in front of the store. There are indoor and terrace seats, but the seating is limited. It would be great if there were more seats because the view is nice.

This is a Starbucks located on the Minami-mido side of Osaka Castle Park. It may be more comfortable here than the Osaka Castle Hall side during events, as the latter tends to get crowded. However, the Osaka Castle Hall side has more seating compared to this side, which has relatively fewer seats, so it's hard to say which is better. The interior is bright and open with glass walls, providing a pleasant view of the greenery in the park. The seating is arranged in a U-shape around the counter, with additional seating at the back. The Espresso Affogato Frappuccino (Tall / 573 yen + tax) was customized with an additional espresso shot, chocolate chips, and whipped cream, as well as a switch from white mocha syrup to caramel syrup for a deeper flavor. The syrup and sauce were changed to caramel, but chocolate could also be a good option. The Sugar Donut (232 yen + tax) is a simple donut coated in sugar glaze that pairs well with coffee or bitter drinks. It was a perfect match with the coffee-based Frappuccino.

The Danish had just the right amount of sweetness. I was a bit worried about it being Saturday, but I ended up staying for a long time. Despite the rain and not-so-great weather, spending time at the park on a holiday is really nice. Maybe it's a good idea to spend time at a cafe like this even when it's not close to exams. On the map, Starbucks is located in the lower left corner, so if you approach from the opposite direction, it is quite a distance away. The exterior of the store is like a large one-story building. There is a plaza-like square nearby with multiple cafes, including Starbucks. I came by car, so I used the closest Morinomiya Parking Lot. There seemed to be space for about 100 cars, so you should be able to park there when it's not crowded. The interior of the store is warm and inviting, with wood being the main material used. They have also incorporated stone materials inspired by the stone walls of Osaka Castle. There are a total of 70 seats available. The store has a lot of merchandise compared to other Starbucks stores, but I couldn't find any limited edition items. The menu is the same as a regular Starbucks, and they offer a wide selection of food items, with many people using it for lunch. I ordered the American Waffle, but it felt a bit soggy even after reheating it in the microwave. When I come to Starbucks, I always prefer drip coffee. I like the One More Coffee service, and I enjoy the fact that it's not too sweet. Overall, I will definitely visit again!

Starbucks located inside Osaka Castle Park. It is located near the entrance of Osaka Castle Park from the Morinomiya Station side, not too far from a fountain. The café has a nice atmosphere and was featured in a café magazine, so I had been wanting to visit. I finally had the chance on a weekday when I had some business near Morinomiya. The interior of the café has a calm feel with a lot of wood accents. The single-story building has a slightly slanted ceiling, which adds a stylish touch. The walls of the café are all glass, allowing for a panoramic view of the park and letting in plenty of natural light. Even though I visited on a slightly cloudy day, I can imagine it being very pleasant on a sunny day with all the greenery outside. There is also outdoor seating available, but even if you sit inside, you can still enjoy the view. I ordered a drip coffee and a New York cheesecake. I sat at a communal table near the window where people with laptops were gathered, and it was a comfortable spot to do a bit of work. Despite it being a weekday, the café was quite busy. It seemed like a place where people like to linger due to the cozy atmosphere. Overall, it was a great experience. Menu ordered: Drip coffee (in a mug) 330 yen, New York cheesecake 440 yen.
