I visited Collet Kokura for the last time before it closes down. From the reservation stage, the phone staff seemed a bit unfriendly. The meat was thin. The rice was not delicious at all. The presentation was also poor. The way the employees placed the dishes on the table was sloppy. They lacked smiles and seemed gloomy. The sauce didn't suit my taste. The only decent thing was the kimchi. Isn't the price too high for this kind of disappointing meal? It was a very disappointing dining experience. I have no desire to go back there again. It's a shame.

The restaurant is located about a 5-minute walk from Kokura Station and the prices are cheap, so I often use it. The cheapest course at night is around 2,300 yen, which is very affordable. The meat is delicious, but it seems a bit tougher than the all-you-can-eat restaurants that cost around 4,000 yen. However, considering the price, I am satisfied. The inside of the restaurant is clean and has a sense of cleanliness. The seats are spacious and I really like them.

I made a reservation for a limited couple seat where you can dine while enjoying the night view. When I arrived around 6pm on a holiday, the place was already crowded. Unfortunately, the couple seat had a direct view of Kokura Station, making it difficult to see the night view. The all-you-can-eat menu included about 80 items from rice dishes to vegetables and side dishes for 100 minutes. They started by serving a few dishes. The highlight was the touch panel. The meat was quite ordinary, with two types of sauce and also salt available. There were not many choices for salads. Some dishes had extremely small portions, which made me laugh unintentionally. Well, it allows you to order many times so it's better than having overly large portions. The staff's service was average. However, I noticed that they were changing the grills by passing used ones through the basket where customers put their belongings. They also often missed clearing empty plates. Perhaps the staff are still inexperienced as the restaurant is newly opened.
