I had been curious about the cheese-topped soupless ramen at Call, with garlic oil. It was quite delicious. Towards the end, when I was starting to get tired of it, being able to change the flavor with cheese was great. But what I especially liked this time was the female staff. She was very cute, saying "thank you" like Anya from Spy Family.

I visited around 11 o'clock on a regular day. The water and ladle are self-service. I ordered the garlic-free spicy ramen, but compared to before, the flavor felt a bit lighter. The chashu was tender and easy to eat without feeling heavy. The interior of the restaurant is clean, making it perfect for first-timers to the Jiro-style ramen.

"Salt ramen with quail eggs at 'Chomo-kai and St. Zero-kai' collaboration is delicious. The crispy vegetables, flavorful broth, and wheat-scented noodles make a great combination. Quail eggs are a nice addition. The restaurant is located in Kyoto, near Nishikyo-ku. They are open from Tuesday to Saturday for lunch and dinner, and on Sundays for lunch and early dinner. They are closed on Mondays. I ordered the large salt ramen with quail eggs for a total of 1350 yen."

Discovered a global-scale chain restaurant in Kyoto and couldn't resist entering. Luckily, there was no long line like at the Ibaraki location. The system and taste were similar, and I was very satisfied. The extra-large chashu was incredibly delicious. It seems like it will become a new favorite.

I couldn't resist the temptation after seeing it being talked about on food blogs and Twitter, so I headed there. I was worried it might be sold out for the day since it's a limited item, but they still had the Salted Garlic Oil Small Squid. What flavor is this? It has a unique aroma. Maybe it's dried squid? I usually get full halfway through, but this time I finished it easily since it was light. It started to feel spicy towards the end, so I think I didn't need the shichimi spice. Thank you for the meal.

The staff at the restaurant were very friendly, and the interior was clean and inviting, making for a pleasant experience. The ramen was generously portioned, as shown in the photo, but the flavor was rich and delicious! The restaurant was also bustling with customers, so I highly recommend it!

On Friday night at 7:00 PM, I bought a 300g Abura-Karame Mazesoba with no soup. It seems like many people are also looking for gas on the weekend. It took an hour to get my order, but the wait time only added to the anticipation. My mouth watered as I eagerly awaited my first bite. The taste of the ramen was so amazing that words cannot describe it. The destructive charm of this bowl never fails to impress. Thank you for a hard week's work.

It's always delicious as usual♪ I find myself coming about once a month. I always order the same thing - small ramen. I've never tried the soupless ramen before... Maybe next time I'll be adventurous and try the soupless option. I'm also curious about adding cheese as a topping♪^ ^

There were about 30 people lined up at the Jiro-style ramen restaurant around 11 o'clock before opening. I waited for about 30 minutes at the counter inside because it was my third time around, but I was glad I didn't have to wait outside in the scorching sun. My favorite is the soup-less ramen, but this time I ordered with garlic, extra vegetables, and extra spice. Let's dig in... Once again, I was a latecomer and inconvenienced other customers. I like the feeling of being a food fighter and finishing a large portion, but I'll go for the 150g with the red scissors challenge instead of the 200g small portion next time.

Inspired by Jiro Ramen. The first bite is so delicious that it makes you sigh with pleasure. Second bite. Menu I tried: Small Pork Ramen with Quail Egg Topping. Extra: Garlic and Oil. Flavor: Among Jiro-style ramen, this one is top-notch in terms of taste. The first bite is just amazing. The soy sauce, pork bone, and fat flavors blend perfectly and go down smoothly in the stomach. The noodles and vegetables mix well together. It comes with shichimi (seven spice) as standard. If you're not a fan, it's better to ask for it to be left out. Compared to the affiliated Fushimi branch, which has a sharper and more intense taste, this one here has a good balance. Portion: Extremely generous. If you have a normal stomach capacity, never order the large portion. I eat a bit more than others, and on this day, I went after a day of exercise, but I could barely finish the regular size. If you're not confident, go for the regular ramen without any extra toppings. Price: Average market price. Atmosphere: Clean. Many Jiro-style restaurants have a somewhat run-down, uninviting feel, but this one seems to take good care to keep it clean. The staff are also friendly. Target customers: Men in their 10s to 40s who have a big appetite. Access: 10 minutes on foot from Saiin Station.

It's been a while since I had Jiro-style ramen (inspired). This time, I entered the shop as soon as it opened and there was no wait. The oil and garlic really hit the spot! However, as I felt last time, the soup is still quite light compared to the original Jiro ramen. I ordered a regular size and thought it was still good. It may be a taste that leads to the next level. It was a peaceful afternoon at Jiro's.

I wanted to eat a hearty bowl of ramen, so I arrived around 8 PM. I couldn't be seated right away, but the wait was manageable. I love this place because the chashu is so tender and falls apart easily! The soup seemed a bit lighter compared to when I last visited a year ago. I was disappointed that I couldn't finish my meal this time because my stomach was surprised. I'll have to come back when my stomach is feeling better for a rematch!

After waiting in the restaurant and being seated, I found myself next to a young woman. I was considering ordering my vegetables with less because I didn't want to feel embarrassed if she didn't order her vegetables with less. The server offered to reduce the amount of noodles, but I declined, thinking that she probably wouldn't order her vegetables with less. However, to my surprise, she ordered extra vegetables! I couldn't handle extra, so I just stuck with the regular amount of vegetables. It was too much. I was stuffed.

It's past 2 p.m. and many places are not very crowded, so the choices are limited. That's why I visited this place again. Even though it was a little before 3 p.m., I still had to wait. Oh, today (Sunday) they seem to be open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. I ordered a small ramen with extra garlic and less vegetables. The pork was tender and delicious. There was quite a bit of oil in it, so extra toppings are not necessary. Thank you for the meal again today!

I have been going frequently recently. Today, I had a small ramen with garlic and less vegetables. I sat at a table where I could see the freshly sliced pork, trying to decide whether to ask for less oil based on the pork's appearance, but it was hard to tell. The pork had less oil but was fairly tender. Is it softer when they first open? However, the soup seemed to have a lot of oil. The most memorable part was a whole cabbage on top of the ramen today, which was quite surprising. Thank you for the meal.

Continuing from last week, I visited again. I ordered small ramen with garlic, and the woman next to me also ordered small ramen with garlic, so I hesitated but decided not to go light on the vegetables (for some reason..!). I was feeling good and was able to eat it smoothly. I usually order extra oil, but this time I didn't, and it turned out to be just right. I felt that the pork was tastier last time. I ordered a small ramen with 200g noodles, light on garlic and vegetables, and with extra oil. It seems like they also put less garlic than usual. Maybe if I had specified light on garlic and vegetables when ordering, there wouldn't have been a communication error. However, having less garlic turned out to be a good thing. The pork tasted especially delicious today. The oil had a strong salty flavor, which added a nice kick to the dish. The flavor changed towards the end, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, I enjoyed my meal until the last bite. Thank you for the meal!

Jiro-style ramen for 950 yen with extra vegetables, garlic, and without spicy seasoning. I occasionally crave Jiro-style ramen, even though I'm not a big fan of the thick noodles. The soup is addictive. I managed to finish it while sweating profusely, but it was delicious. They also had salt ramen available that day, which is rare for Jiro-style. I would like to try it next time if I have the chance to visit again.
