In the evening, I drove to "Taiga" for ramen. It turns out it's related to "Ikki" which I have been to before, but this was my first time here. I didn't take any photos, so I need to review that one too! I was the only customer the whole time, which was a bit lonely. I had decided a while ago that I wanted to try the "Yuzu Shoyu (¥850)" here, so that's what I ordered. There were other options that I considered, like "Umeshio" or "Butter Corn," but since I like trying unique items, I thought I should go for the ramen that's exclusive to this shop. The ramen arrived in about 5 minutes. The golden-colored soup that doesn't feel like soy sauce, with about 5 pieces of menma, green onions, chashu, and the defining touch of yuzu. The noodles were medium-thick and straight. I think they were a bit different from what I had at Ikki, but how were they again? They had a slightly chewy texture, not quite like somen. The soup had a refreshing aroma of white soy sauce and yuzu. The taste was on the lighter side. The strong acidity of yuzu made me think it might be salty, but the richness of the broth balanced out the acidity. Some might find the amount of fat a bit too much, but since the taste is light, I think it's fine. The chashu slices were small and thinly sliced, with just the right amount of fatty texture. After eating, I noticed that there was a gelato shop called "Lady Roma Plus" in Minami-ku, Sapporo, offering 5 flavors of gelato. Please check out their reviews for more information. I was so full after the meal that I skipped breakfast the next day! If I visit again, I'll consider trying the red miso or other limited items. Excluding ramen shops in Ebetsu and Chitose, as well as those near the airport and Lake Shikotsu, how much longer will it take me to visit all of them? I'll think about visiting Lera another time, as it seems a bit troublesome. Thank you for the meal.
