KANIYAN
Fukuoka City, Hakata-ku, Nakasu. The bustling food stalls of Nakasu are coming back to life. The stalls are lined up firmly in Seiryu Park as well. The menu includes Hakata-style Agodashi Oden, grilled mentaiko, yakitori, Nagahama ramen, and yakisoba, among other classics. There are also unique items like 10-juice hamburger, third-generation potato salad, kake udon, nikujaga, and juuban yaki. The variety is quite extensive. The drink options include beer, shochu, sake, highball, as well as a wide selection of cocktails and sours. This time, we ordered grilled gyoza with wings and Hakata-style Agodashi Oden with daikon, hanpen, and homemade mentaiko tempura. For drinks, we chose draft beer. The grilled gyoza with wings had a crispy skin and a juicy, light filling. The Hakata-style Agodashi Oden featured flavorful daikon and harmonious hanpen in a light Agodashi broth. The homemade mentaiko tempura was deliciously spicy. Nakasu Jyuban, the name reflecting its registration number 10, offers a variety of typical food stall dishes like bite-sized gyoza, Nagahama ramen, yakitori, and oden. It is a rare cashless payment-enabled stall. Thank you for the meal.
