It was cold, so we decided to wait in the car for a while (￣∇￣*)ゞ While waiting, the gas station opened first, so we refueled first and then got in line (￣▽￣;) The store opened at 8:10 a.m., and we finally entered the store! The store is usually crowded, but we were able to shop leisurely. Since we skipped breakfast due to the early morning, we had the promised hot dog after shopping. However, the price of 180 yen with a free drink included? The cost performance is moderate, but I guess they're not trying to make a profit with this, right? The "Clam Chowder (400 yen)" here is also delicious! It warms you up. The new menu item, "Chicken Nuggets & Potatoes (980 yen)," is also quite good. Visited the Costco warehouse store in Kitakyushu for the first time in a while. After finishing shopping for a family gathering during the Obon holiday, I headed to the food court. I decided to try the Quarter Pound Hot Dog (with unlimited soft drink for 180 yen) for the first time in a while. Here are my thoughts: When waiting in line at the food court, I had to leave my shopping cart unattended, which reminded me of a time when a friend's cart was almost stolen. Everyone, please be careful. The hot dog was served wrapped in paper, unlike before when it used to be wrapped in foil. When I unwrapped the paper, I noticed that the sausage casing was peeling off, which was not very appealing. I added self-cut onions, relish (pickles), ketchup, and mustard, making the visual appearance even less attractive. However, I accepted it as my own responsibility. Despite the slightly strong saltiness of the sausage, I appreciated the low price of 180 yen. Eating it was a bit challenging as I had to prevent the ketchup and onions from spilling while holding the paper. Overall, it was okay for the price. That's it for now. Thank you for the meal.

On the second day of our 1 night, 2 days trip to Kitakyushu with my daughter, we visited Sarakurayama after being disappointed by our lunch. We took the cable car and slope car to an altitude of 622 meters, where we could overlook the city of Kitakyushu. The view wasn't breathtaking, but riding the cable car and slope car was fun and it became a nice memory for us. As our Kitakyushu trip was coming to an end, we decided to stop by Costco in Yahata to buy some pizza. However, we found out that they only accepted credit cards for payment, so we had to give up on refueling there. Nonetheless, we were able to purchase the following items with cash: Combo Pizza, Mexican Salad Wrap, bibigo Meat & Vegetable Dumplings, and German Potato Salad. The Combo Pizza, despite taking a bit of time to prepare, had better quality toppings compared to the one at the Kyuyama store, and it tasted more delicious. One thing I noticed was that while many people at Kyuyama store bought the Hot Dog & Juice set, here at Yahata, a lot of people were enjoying ice cream. It was interesting to see the differences between the two stores.

I think it's a new release. It's smoked turkey leg. It has a strong smoked aroma and flavor, but it's perfect with beer. My wife found it when she went shopping and bought it for me. I've had it many times at TDL, but this one is delicious too. It has some tendons, so I cut it with a knife while eating. I want to eat it again.

This place has amazing value! When you order at the food court register, you get a plain hot dog and an empty cup. Then you can go to the next counter to add onions, mustard, ketchup, and make your own customized hot dog. You can also pour your own drinks, and even get refills. The simple hot dog has a good amount of volume even on its own. It seems like you can also just use the food court without purchasing anything else, so I'll probably come back here from time to time. Costco in Kitakyushu City, Yawata Nishi Honjo area, has a food court that is a must-visit. I always stop by during my shopping trips, and of course, I can't miss out on this place. The menu starts from 180 yen. The Quarter Pound Hot Dog with a drink for 180 yen is a great deal. You can add your own condiments and sauces, which is quite fun. You get a cup and can choose your drink from the vending machine. The big size seems like 1.5 times the normal size, and getting a drink with it at this price feels like a welcoming service to customers. I recommend trying the pizza. If you plan to take it out, you'll need to bring your own packaging. I bought my favorite sweet potatoes here every day (just that). There were samples to try and everything was quite interesting. Costco is open from 10 am to 8 pm with no regular holidays.

You can only purchase at the Costco food court if you are a member. I thought the American burger was delicious. The bun was a bit dry, the meat wasn't exceptionally tasty or juicy, but the sauce was delicious, and the pickles added a nice touch, creating a great overall harmony. The flavors change every month and they are always delicious, but this month's Ruby Chocolate Soft Serve seems to be a bit divisive. I visited Costco Kitakyushu Warehouse Store for year-end shopping. Of course, I had a hamburger after passing through the register. (^-^; Today, I ordered a "cheeseburger and clam chowder." When I visited last time, my friend suggested trying the new cheeseburger that just started. So, at the Costco eat-in space, I ordered a cheeseburger and a drink. It took 6 minutes to cook, but a huge cheeseburger came out. It was so big that I didn't know how to eat it. The meat was well-cooked and delicious.

This day, I had pizza and diet cola at the Costco eat-in space for a late lunch. I poured the cola myself and sat at a bench to enjoy it. The portion was quite generous, even a small slice was enough. The taste was also delicious with a foreign touch.
