First visit. I had never used the Nakasu food stalls before because there were always too many people, but this time I made my Nakasu food stall debut. My first companion was Koishima Shoten. Luckily, I got the first spot when they opened at 6:00 p.m. The famous mentaiko omelet and grilled pork belly are must-try dishes. The alcohol enjoyed in the cozy space unique to food stalls while feeling the atmosphere of Hakata's night was exquisite. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal. *Solo middle-aged man's ease of use ★... 3z1 There are many tourists even on weekdays, and almost no seats are available. Popular stores have long lines. If you are dining solo, aim for the opening or closing time.

So, I ended up at a food stall. There were so many choices, but I decided on Kojima Shoten. I ordered ramen and mentaiko omelette. Even though it was crowded, the food came out quickly. And the atmosphere was great! It's a vibe that you don't often find in Tokyo. Just that alone made me happy. I wanted to try more places, but I'm full now, so maybe next time.

The riverside food stalls in Nakasu, well-known to many, were bustling with a mix of experienced owners and young staff. It's a tourist spot. The food isn't particularly delicious. I made the wrong choice at the food stall. When I got back, I received advice that if I go to a food stall, I should go to Tenjin. Well, I don't think I'll go there again.

This is a recommended shop, although it may be a bit crowded as it is a food stall. Many customers order ramen, but personally, I recommend the cod roe and yam teppanyaki. Although the oden is also recommended, I decided to skip it this time as it can be found at other shops as well.

Ramen eaten at a food stall is so delicious, I wonder why. The food stall street along the river, the staff were friendly and I couldn't help but enter the shop. I enjoyed talking about various things. My favorite is the Iwashi Mentai with plenty of mentaiko in it and the Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen!

When you hear "Hakata," what do you imagine? Motsunabe? Karashi mentaiko? Hakata ramen? Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks? Hakata Hanamaru・Daikichi? In my mind, "Hakata = Nakasu Yatai" where neon lights reflect on the river, and yatai stalls line up in a wonderful sight. Everyone looks happy, drinking shoulder to shoulder. Every time I see it on TV, I think, "I wish I could drink at Nakasu Yatai someday♪" And now, it's about to come true, and the excitement is unstoppable! But you know, I thought the yatai stalls would be right near Nakasu Kawabata Station on the subway, but when I arrived, it was a 7-8 minute walk along the river to the yatai street (surprisingly far). Originally, I planned to visit about three stalls, but since my wife was with me and she can't drink a drop of alcohol, we decided to visit just one. It was 5:30 pm, still bright out, but the yatai we wanted to go to was full. Some stalls had no customers, while others were bustling. After a short wait, a group of two left. ■Nakasu Yatai - Kojima Shoten Next to us was a group of three young women, quite lively. We quickly ordered draft beer, poured from a draft beer server chilled with ice. Cheers♪ Ahh, this is it! This is it. The happiness of drinking beer at Nakasu Yatai that I've dreamed of. It's irresistible! ◆Oden 1 serving of 3 items set ¥600 You can choose 3 items from "daikon radish, thick fried tofu, egg, konjac, and processed fish cakes." I chose daikon radish, thick fried tofu, and egg, and they were all cut in half before being served. The taste of the dashi soaked into each ingredient, creating a rich and flavorful taste. ◆Fluffy and creamy mentaiko omelette ¥800 The staff skillfully handled the frying pan. When the omelette was plated, mayonnaise was drizzled in thin lines and topped with mentaiko. Another lovely omelette was served. When I cut the fluffy omelette in half, the runny egg flowed out from the inside. The subtle flavor of butter enhanced the deliciousness of the omelette even more. After drinking three beers, it was time to pay. I was very satisfied to be able to drink at the longed-for Hakata Yatai. When I came to Hakata, I challenged myself to try a food stall for the first time in my life. The first stall I chose in the Nakasu area was Koishima Shoten. It is located on Nakagawa Street, one of the three major food stall streets in Fukuoka, and it is said to have the best view among them. The atmosphere was brighter than I had imagined, and the food was carefully prepared. The medium-grilled mentaiko was delicious. I visited three food stalls in Nakasu and Tenjin, but Koishima Shoten was the best.

It had been a while since I last visited a food stall, so I decided to try a new one... but as soon as I sat down, someone said, "You've been here before." My friends and I burst into laughter. I completely forgot about my previous visit, as it was before I started using Tabelog. We even sat at the same table as last time. It happens sometimes. There must be something that draws me back. The exterior is typical of a food stall, with a prominent yellow sign. ◇ Seating Since it's a food stall, there are a limited number of seats, around 15 or so. ◇ Menu They offer ramen, yakisoba, oden, and individual items. Nakasu food stalls are said to be expensive and only for tourists, but I'm a tourist too! There used to be over 200 stalls, but now maybe 18? I hope they work hard to preserve Nakasu's culture. I went to a food stall in Fukuoka. I tried the mentaiko omelette which looked delicious. I also had oden, mentaiko sardines, and a lemon sour with real lemon juice. The atmosphere and staff at the stall were great, but the cost performance was not so good.

On the second day of my trip to Fukuoka in March, I visited my 9th restaurant. When in Hakata, one must visit the food stalls along the river in Nakasu area. I was wandering along the riverbank, trying to decide where to eat as all the stalls were crowded. As I glanced at the menus from afar, a staff member from one of the stalls caught my eye. Before I knew it, I was being ushered into the restaurant. The seating was cramped, but the turnover was quick. I ordered barley shochu with water, oden set, and mentaiko omelette. The oden was delicious and only 100 yen per piece for additional ones. The omelette was creamy and tasty. Mixing mentaiko with omelette was the best combination. As the place got busier, I left quickly. It was a great meal!

The second stop for the food stall bar hopping was Kojima Shoten. The staff and atmosphere were the most cheerful among the places visited. The customers were mostly young. As it started raining and getting cold, we ordered sweet potato shochu, grilled local chicken, and cheese potato with mentaiko. We started with the hot sweet potato shochu to warm up, followed by the delicious grilled local chicken. The chicken was really tasty! The yuzu pepper was a nice touch. The cheese potato with mentaiko was also delicious. The base was cheese topped with potato and mentaiko. It was a great snack. Everything was delicious. Thank you for the meal!

I wanted to try out a yatai (food stall) in Hakata after a long time, so I went there! Yatai is a place where you enjoy the atmosphere rather than the taste of the food, and I had a great time with that in mind. The food was delicious, but a bit pricey when you consider the portion sizes. The tonkotsu ramen lacked richness and was a bit lukewarm. It tasted better with some pepper added to enhance the flavor. The most delicious dish was the grilled spicy cod roe with sardines! It was delicious and went well with alcohol!

The first place was a dumpling restaurant, and I wanted to experience the atmosphere of a food stall and also eat ramen. I headed towards the stalls lining the river. All the popular shops were crowded, with lines of about 15 people waiting. I didn't want to end my night here, so I quickly entered this place. I started with a lemon sour cocktail before ordering. For snacks, I had the "mentaiko omelette". The omelette was half-cooked with a creamy texture, filled with mentaiko both inside and on top. It was topped with mayo and pepper, making it a decent snack for a food stall. The lemon sour cocktail was as expected, nothing special, but that's just the way it is at a food stall. I quickly ordered the Hakata tonkotsu ramen. It also had that typical food stall feel. Not much to say about it. The food stall is all about "experiencing the atmosphere". Lemon sour cocktail for 500 yen + mentaiko omelette for 700 yen + ramen for 700 yen = a total of 1900 yen. It was a tough place to be alone and enjoy slowly.
