It seems to be rapidly increasing in Fukuoka, Shiga, and other areas! ◇Seating Takeout only. ◇Menu Composition Gyoza. The order was as follows: - Fukumimi Gyoza (1,100 yen) → Including tax. 36 pieces with sauce. I intended to follow the instructions written on the wrapping paper to make them, but my wife insisted on making them... Oh well, can't be helped. The size is standard, and they are meaty gyoza with a good punch. Overall, the gyoza has a wild taste. Despite the softness implied by the name "Fukumimi," it actually has quite a punch... Today, I had Fukumimi Gyoza's boiled dumplings. I also bought my favorite chrysanthemum greens and I'm all set to prepare them. All good to go! Fukumimi Gyoza in Fukuoka Prefecture, except for our store, is categorized as "Gyoza" (refer to the photo). However, for some reason, our store, which I registered as a new store, is the only one whose category has been changed to "Others". Well, I have a suspect in mind, but do they really want to push for spin-off projects that much?! If our store is "Others", then it would be inconsistent if the Gyoza unmanned vending machine in Usa Town and other Fukumimi stores are not categorized as "Others". Is it a case of the troublesome and noisy one wins? I might as well apply to change all stores to "Others". Or maybe wear a knit cap... Fukumimi Gyoza is good whether boiled or grilled. Even though the category is "Others", it's delicious. Just stating my opinion to prevent any unnecessary complaints.

Recently, unmanned dumpling vending machines have been popping up all over the city like mushrooms after the rain. I wonder if there is really that much demand for them? Our store's sales format is exactly the same as the one in Shitodozu no Yukimatsu. I bought one pack and tried baking and eating them. They seem to have a bit more filling than Yukimatsu. Also, there seems to be quite a bit of pork mixed in compared to Yukimatsu, which is mostly vegetables. The strength of the garlic flavor is about the same. Overall, I prefer these over Yukimatsu. My current concern is that no matter how many times I try, I can't seem to get the baking method right.
