I visited the conveyor belt sushi restaurant "Muzukura" located in Sakai City, Kita-ku. It was a holiday lunch and I was in the mood for sushi, so I decided to stop by the conveyor belt sushi restaurant, Muzukura, where I occasionally visit. Since it was around 2:00 PM on a holiday, I was able to enter without waiting as it is usually difficult to get in without waiting at a conveyor belt sushi restaurant on holidays. I sat at the counter seat and looked at the menu on the touch panel. My eyes stopped at the page of noodle dishes, which I usually don't pay much attention to. I knew that there was udon at conveyor belt sushi restaurants, but recently there are even ramen and tantanmen. Oh, I didn't know that. In recent conveyor belt sushi restaurants, not only udon but also tantanmen, a strongly flavored dish that is somewhat taboo in sushi restaurants, is boldly displayed. I love noodles, so I don't mind the strong flavor, and if it tastes good, then why not! So, I ended up ordering the tantanmen for 480 yen. After ordering, I waited for a while. About 3 minutes later, the tantanmen, securely tied with a band to prevent the soup from spilling, was brought to me. At the same time, the "Thickly sliced mackerel" for 200 yen and the "Grilled mackerel stick sushi" for 200 yen that I also ordered arrived. Although I came to the conveyor belt sushi restaurant to eat sushi, I decided to start with sushi (^Q^). Let's eat! Grilled mackerel stick sushi The refreshing flavor of the shiso leaf and sesame mixed in the vinegar rice complements the grilled mackerel, making it delicious. It's so tasty for 200 yen. Thickly sliced mackerel Today, there is quite a lot of pickled ginger on it. Wow!! It's so delicious. Today's mackerel is perfectly pickled, not too vinegary. It's so tasty for 200 yen as always. Rich tantanmen Just looking at this photo, you wouldn't think it's a sushi restaurant. Well then, let's eat (^Q^). The medium-thick straight noodles are chewy. The spiciness is moderate, and it disappears quickly, so even people who don't like spicy food might be able to eat it. Although it tastes like tantanmen at a sushi restaurant, it lacks the depth and richness that you would expect from a carefully simmered soup. I think it would be even more delicious if they enhanced the flavor of sesame a bit more. "Raw baby sardine battleship" for 100 yen It's unusual for a restaurant to have fresh raw baby sardines at a conveyor belt sushi restaurant, I think. Anyway, the unique slimy texture of the baby sardines followed by a distinctive bitterness is so delicious. When I come to a conveyor belt sushi restaurant, I usually eat about 10 plates, but this time, I was full after finishing the tantanmen soup, so I could only eat 3 plates. Eating noodles at a conveyor belt sushi restaurant fills you up and is cost-effective. (^人^) Thank you for the meal.
