I went to a movie theater at NaviO and on my way back, it was just before 3 o'clock, so I made it in time for lunch. I ordered the domestic pork belly set meal (980 yen), which was a very good deal for lunch (seems like it's cheap for now). The set meal includes pork belly shabu-shabu meat on a plate, free refills of rice, udon, lunch soup, and a self-service all-you-can-eat vegetable bar. The vegetable bar has a variety of options like Chinese cabbage, bean sprouts, komatsuna, kuzukiri, wakame, nanohana, shiitake mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, thin fried tofu, white onions, chrysanthemum greens, tofu, konjac, small round rice cakes, shimeji mushrooms, thinly sliced daikon and carrots, sweet potatoes, baby corn, and more. It's like a salad bar, very enjoyable. I particularly liked the thinly sliced daikon and carrots, and the blanched nanohana, so I kept going back for more. The small round rice cakes were a fun surprise, like white rice balls, and they cooked quickly, making it enjoyable. The dipping sauces were ponzu and sesame sauce, with green onions and grated radish on the table. The portion of pork belly was surprisingly generous for one person, so one plate was quite satisfying. The meat quality was not bad either, so considering the price, it felt like a good deal. Plus, with the all-you-can-eat vegetables, and the option for rice and udon refills, I think it's enough to fill you up. Families, young couples, and groups of women were all dining there, the atmosphere was bright and clean, making it very welcoming. Overall, it was a very satisfying and good value lunch experience.
