Hot coffee for 400 yen. A quaint café located right next to the entrance of the multi-level parking lot at Hello Day Moji Port store. The interior is cute and the staff, although elderly, is a lovely lady. When you order a hot coffee, they carefully brew it using hand drip method. While sipping the coffee, I chatted with the lady about Moji for about 15 minutes. She was born and raised in Moji, so she feels a bit strange about the merger and still thinks of it as Moji City. I received a postcard with a photo of her husband, who looked like a handsome actor, featured on the cover of the information magazine "Sakura" in Kitakyushu City.
