Mojiko and Moji Port have several unique fugu (blowfish) restaurants. If you want to eat plenty of fugu at a low cost, go to "Shigeru". For eating natural fugu prepared with top-notch knives, there was "Okazaki" and a hidden gem known to few, "Yamato". The natural fugu course included fugu simmered in broth with an amazing flavor, slightly firm fugu sashimi, shrimp soup for some reason, perfectly seasoned fugu tempura, and to finish, fugu rice which was exceptionally delicious.
