It's difficult to control the temperature at a charcoal grill restaurant, but charcoal-grilled meat is definitely delicious! They bring something like a small charcoal grill to your table so you can grill the meat yourself. The menu is simple, with options like red meat, hormone, pork, seafood, etc. The Gyuhime Maru set was especially delicious and highly recommended! They have a good variety of alcoholic drinks as well. The only downside was that there were many student staff members during dinner time, and they were talking loudly with their friends, which was a bit disappointing.

The restaurant lacks a high-class feel, but everything you eat there is really delicious. Recently, it seems like the portions have gotten a bit smaller, but compared to other places, the servings are still generous. The salted tongue is packed with flavor, maybe a bit too salty, but incredibly tasty. That's why I always forget to take photos. There are tables and traditional seating available, but the traditional seating is not sunken kotatsu style. The customers are generally younger and lively. The staff at the restaurant are all friendly and efficient, creating a really pleasant atmosphere.

I want to go for yakiniku once a month, so I'm trying my best to make it happen. I decided to go to a nearby restaurant where I can eat black wagyu beef at a reasonable price. It seemed crowded, so I tried to make a reservation. However, since I could only go at around 7:30 pm on Wednesdays, it was a walk-in basis (they would contact me when there's availability). I arrived at 7:10 pm, but of course, it was full, so I was called around 8 pm and finally got a table. It's quite a popular place. I ordered a special sirloin, special harami, and special kalbi. They were delicious, although the kalbi was a bit fatty. I also ordered rice, which was decent. The meat was quite tasty, but the tables were close together, making the whole place noisy. Also, maybe because it was crowded, the staff quickly cleared the plates, which felt a bit rushed or like they were telling us to leave. The meat is delicious and cheap, but that aspect was disappointing. Well, it does make up for it in terms of affordability.

We visited a restaurant recommended for being cheap and delicious by my second son. The location is off the Route 29 coastal line onto the Route 40 Kishiwada Ushitanoyama Kaizuka line. With a budget of around 2,000 yen per person, we were able to enjoy a satisfying meal of yakiniku. The highlights were the Black Wagyu platter for 1,580 yen and the Gyuwakamaru platter for 680 yen. The menu offers a variety of options including beef, pork, chicken, seafood, and side dishes starting from 180 yen. As someone who doesn't drink alcohol, I appreciated the free barley tea served in a mug.

Visited the Chuo-oka branch. Cheap, delicious, and generous portions! The sauces offered include light flavor, rich flavor, lemon juice, gochujang, and garlic. The assorted hormone platter, lean meat platter, salted tongue, and tsurami were all excellent! The drinks are also very affordable!

I ordered the mixed black-haired wagyu, but the quality of the meat was terrible, it felt like chewing on rubber tires. The price was reasonable, but what was worse was the staff's attitude. They were all young part-timers who seemed like they were still in a student mindset, couldn't explain the menu properly, and even started cleaning with a broom right next to where I was eating, making a lot of noise.
