Comfort Hotel is located nationwide and I often use it. Breakfast is included for free. In Kokura, they recommend two types of smoothies as original drinks. They also offer kashiwa rice. You can enjoy it in a buffet style. I got distracted by other items and ended up missing out on the kashiwa rice. The soup of the day was asparagus and egg. The soup with plenty of eggs was delicious.

At the hotel's 1st floor, they offer a free breakfast, but it's included in the accommodation fee. It may not be enough for those who want to enjoy local cuisine, but it's sufficient for those who are fine with the basics. It was nice to have three different types of smoothies. Thank you for the meal!

Today, I am staying at this hotel in Kokura. Breakfast was included. I had a good experience at a hotel in Matsuura earlier this week, so I had slightly higher expectations. The breakfast here was as I imagined - not bad, but not exceptional either. It was definitely better than the complimentary breakfast plans you often get. There was a waffle station at the bread corner, and since there were many women, there were also healthy options like salad. Overall, it was decent. I had some coffee to charge up for the day ahead. Thank you for the meal. It was quite tasty.

Travel to Shimonoseki. Stayed in Kokura the night before, at Comfort Hotel Kokura. It's a hotel with good access, about a 10-minute walk from Kokura Station. Free breakfast included, located on the 2nd floor of the hotel. Went there before 7 am, and it was quite crowded but managed to secure a seat. Breakfast is buffet style, with bread being the main dish, along with salad, sausages, etc. What's nice is that there are cereals and rice dishes to choose from, making it hard to decide. The rice dish on that day was saffron rice with curry sauce. The taste is like typical business hotel food. Thank you for the meal.

I stayed at the "Comfort Hotel Kokura" for one night and two days on December 22, 2018, which is conveniently located near Kokura Station. Originally, I had booked a room at the Toyoko Inn for 5,400 yen, but I found a same price offer on Rakuten Travel for the Comfort Hotel and decided to switch. The Comfort Hotel room was more spacious and it was a better deal. Additionally, I was happy to receive a 10% point bonus through the "Etoki Campaign". Checking in at 10:30 pm, I found the hotel lobby staffed with older gentlemen. The next morning, I went to the breakfast area on the second floor at 7 am, and there was a good amount of seating available. The breakfast spread at the Comfort Hotel was impressive, with a variety of dishes including croissants, apple pie, waffles, fried chicken, sausages, creamed spinach soup, miso soup, multigrain dry curry, and salad with toppings. It catered to both light eaters and those looking for a hearty meal. I thoroughly enjoyed my breakfast.

Well, this was my first time in Kitakyushu, and I stayed at the Comfort Hotel, a chain hotel where I have stayed several times before. One of the attractions of this hotel is that breakfast is included for free. The breakfast is in buffet style, so you can eat as much as you want. However, it's important not to overeat in the morning, as it can affect your work. They offer scrambled eggs, sausages, several types of onigiri, various types of bread, Belgian waffles, cornflakes, yogurt, and more. My favorite is the miso soup, which is rich in flavor and a bit salty. I will extend my trip to Fukuoka by using my visit to Yamaguchi as an excuse. On the first day, I will depart from Osaka in the morning by Shinkansen and get off at Kokura Station. From there, I will explore the Mojiko Retro District and then return to Kokura to shop at the Tanga Market. I will have an early dinner of pork bone ramen before arriving at my accommodation, Comfort Hotel Kokura, in the evening. The hotel is conveniently located near the lively area of Kokura and offers a comfortable room with a double bed and a view of the town. After taking a shower and a nap, I will meet a friend at a snack bar in the drinking district of Kajimachi. We will enjoy drinks and seasonal fruits while catching up before I head back to the hotel for the night. The next morning, I will have a simple breakfast buffet at the hotel before heading to New Yamaguchi Station to return to the countryside for a family visit.

I have arrived at the hotel and have some time before dinner, so I am using the PC at the front desk. I have checked in but haven't gone to my room yet (lol). The hotel is "Comfort," although it's actually about a 5-minute walk from the station despite being advertised as 2 minutes. They offer free coffee and you can use the PC with a printer for free as well. Breakfast is included in the higher price range, which is convenient for going to Hakata. I wonder how many more numbers I will write. Room photos will be added later. I just finished the breakfast buffet at 7:20, but it was pretty bad. Buffets usually only offer a choice between bread and rice balls. Oh well, it's a waste to fill up on this. Today's plan: sushi for lunch, requested some fresh fish for dinner, then heading to Hakata to enjoy some sweets, and finally dinner at the Kappo restaurant "Yamasan" that I liked last year.

Due to the overlap with the Chinese Spring Festival, the price of the Ligahotel in Kokura was high, so I decided to stay at this hotel right by Kokura Station. It may have been a while since I stayed at a Comfort Hotel. The room and bath were decent for the price, but what surprised me the most was the high quality of the free breakfast. There were many types of bread, the daily special flavored eggs and scrambled eggs were delicious, and the daily soup was so good that I had seconds. It's a shame that the newspaper provided was Asahi, but it's free, and you can drink drip coffee all night. Due to the increase in Chinese guests, the prices of APA Hotels have gone up significantly. It's also become difficult to book at Dormy Inn, so I think the Comfort series is not bad either.

I'm on a business trip to Kokura, and tonight I'm staying at a Comfort Hotel near Kokura Station. It's a hotel I often use when staying in Kokura. It's just a 2-minute walk from the Shinkansen exit of Kokura Station, making it convenient for my morning commute. This time, I booked a room with breakfast included for 5400 yen, which I think is a reasonable price. The room has a double bed, providing plenty of space to relax. There is free wifi available, and complimentary newspapers are a nice touch. Breakfast is served buffet-style on the second floor in the dining room. They offer bread, macaroni salad, sausages, boiled eggs, clam chowder, and for those who prefer Japanese food, there are onigiri and miso soup. It's not a luxurious spread, but considering the room rate, I think it's a good value. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

JR Kokura Station is a 3-minute walk away, making the location very convenient. The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast buffet. The breakfast area is a bit small and located on the second floor in front of the reception. Breakfast is served from 6:30 am to 9:30 am. The menu includes items like rice balls with toppings, inari sushi, bread, miso soup, sausages, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, salad, fruits for dessert, and various beverages such as orange juice, barley tea, and coffee. The variety is a bit limited, and the rice balls only have toppings on the outside.

☆Visit on Monday, October 28, 2013 During this business trip to Kokura, I stayed at this hotel. I usually avoid overeating, so I usually opt for a room-only plan and have breakfast at a convenience store. However, at this hotel, there is no room-only plan available (or rather, all plans are room-only), and breakfast is included for free. Therefore, I had breakfast at the hotel restaurant. The restaurant is specifically for breakfast, with compact tables and chairs arranged. Breakfast starts at 6:30 am, and when I arrived a bit early, there were already 3-4 people lined up. It is a buffet style, with a good variety of bread, especially sweet bread like waffles. For those who prefer Japanese breakfast, there may be some dissatisfaction as it is mainly onigiri. There are also scrambled eggs, sausages, salad, and fruits as basic side dishes. With yogurt and cereal available, the breakfast buffet is not bad compared to a regular hotel. The taste is okay, but is this breakfast really free? With the hotel cost including this free breakfast being only 5,000 yen, it offers great value for money.
