It's super cozy and the food is delicious!! I haven't had Sanpin tea in a while since my trip to Okinawa where I couldn't finish it, so I'm happy to have it in Fukuoka. There are many Okinawan home-cooked dishes, so I'll definitely come back to try more varieties.

I went to Tutti-san in Imaizumi. I was curious about the sign in front of the store that said "Brass Band Izakaya" (laughs). It turns out the owner likes brass bands. The restaurant has a big TV and during lunchtime they show TV programs. It has a cozy atmosphere with a counter and a few seats. I tried the Soki Soba for the first time. It was lighter than I expected and delicious with a slightly sweet seafood broth. It came with two pieces of hanpen and a rich and tasty pork chashu-like topping. The noodles were chewy and had a good texture. The side dish of flavored rice was also tasty, and I preferred it over the Soki Soba. During lunchtime, smoking is allowed, so many people smoke inside. The restaurant is not very big, so the smell of smoke can be strong for non-smokers. Also, they serve Goya Champuru for lunch and when an order is placed, the owner's pot starts smoking. The smoke inside the restaurant smells delicious though. Thank you for the meal.

Once again, it's a review of the Ramen Pass shop. Located on the 1st floor of the chaotic mixed-use building in Imaizumi, the New Tenjin Building. It's a bit hidden from the front, with a sign on the wall saying "Yatai Bar," but it doesn't really feel like a street food bar. It's more like a regular dining or izakaya. The restaurant seems to serve Okinawan cuisine, but the Ramen Pass menu features curry. The Okinawa Passion Salsa Curry, priced at 750 yen, is made with minced meat used in tacos. It's not as spicy as the title suggests, with a mildness to it. It's packed with minced meat and quite delicious. The soup is apparently different each day, but this time it was a bit lacking. They also include an after-dinner coffee. While eating, they even offered to add more curry if needed. The owner seems very kind-hearted. The female staff also seemed like family. The restaurant had a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. ● Shop Information Tutti 092-406-5383 1-23-4 Imaizumi, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City Opening Hours: 11:30-13:30, 18:00-24:00 Closed for lunch on Mondays and Sundays

I found a place where you can eat Okinawan soba, but it's actually a bar. I was a bit nervous but decided to give it a try. The menu outside had a reflection of myself in it. The place had just opened and they were still preparing, but they were ready to serve so I went in. I ordered the Okinawan soba, which had medium-thick noodles with a curly texture. Since it's a bar, the noodles were already cooked and wrapped in plastic wrap. The soup was a light seafood-based broth, not oily at all. The toppings included simmered pork belly, interesting hanpen (fish cake), green onions, and pickled ginger. The soup got a bit lukewarm by the time I finished the noodles, and I wish they had offered to add more pickled ginger. One interesting thing was the habanero-infused awamori (Okinawan distilled spirit). It was quite spicy and not recommended for those driving. When added to the soup, it made it really spicy but delicious. I found a gem!

Food stall bar "Tutti" in Nakaku Imaizumi. Started with an Orion beer (500 yen) and some sea grapes, which were delicious. Then tried the original Okinawan ramen, which was amazing! The owners are friendly, and the atmosphere is great with classical music playing. Overall, a satisfying and enjoyable dining experience.
