I used this restaurant for the first time for lunch. I ordered the Kirifuri beef & black pork lunch set. The nice thing is that they provide a hot pot for each person, pour the broth, and then prepare the set. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is like a high-class establishment. The service is pleasant and the food is delicious. The rice is also outstanding. The beef is good, but the black pork is so delicious that it melts in your mouth. By spending a little more than usual for lunch, I felt like I was being treated at a high-end restaurant. I will definitely visit again. If you haven't been there, it's a must-visit. If you like shabu-shabu, you won't regret it.

I tried the reasonable 1-person shabu-shabu course at a restaurant that serves Matsusaka beef and black pork. Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted by the wonderful aroma of the broth. The vegetables were finely cut and presented elegantly. Each table had a set of dipping sauces including sesame, ponzu, and plum, allowing customers to use as much as they liked. I personally enjoyed the gentle and flavorful plum sauce. It was so delicious that I am looking forward to visiting again!

This was my second visit. I didn't have much time and wanted to eat something delicious, affordable, and healthy near the station, so I decided to come back. Last time, it was crowded due to the opening celebration, and I was a bit worried about the COVID-19 measures, but this time it was quiet on a weekday night, so I felt relieved. There were a few foreign tourists. I ordered a set of Miyazaki beef loin and lean meat (4 slices) for 2000 yen, and added green tea ice cream for 200 yen after the meal. The taste was consistently delicious, and I was very satisfied with the service. The lean meat was light, and the loin melted in the mouth. There was also a set where you could double the amount of meat called "Meat W" at a set price. Even for young people, it's around 3000 yen, so it's worth it. The three homemade sauces, plum, ponzu, and sesame, were all delicious, and you can try various flavors, so you won't get bored. The vegetables were sweet and tasty, and it was gone in no time. I don't usually eat white rice, but the white rice here is exceptional. It's sweet, chewy, and really delicious. The chilled noodles were also good. The 2000 yen course was slightly lacking in meat, but including rice and chilled noodles, it was filling. The process is to boil, cook the vegetables, reduce the heat, add the meat, and finish with chilled noodles. The plum sauce has an addictive flavor. I ordered the 2000 yen course for one person, added ice cream for 200 yen after the meal, and it cost around 5000 yen for two people. The prices are reasonable and helpful. Next time, I want to try the loin set. However, maybe due to cost-cutting for ventilation, this time I was in a booth-type arch seat, which looks like a private room, but the walls are thin and the top of the wall is empty, so I could hear the neighboring person's work complaints for a long time... It was a bit disappointing. Be careful if you plan to use it for work because you can hear it. Other than that, it's a good place to eat delicious and affordable Miyazaki beef shabu-shabu with good service near the station. The staff are all young, but the service and taste are always excellent. It's convenient to catch a train right away. I will visit again.

First visit. There were multiple IH stoves on the table, so each person could have their own pot. At first, I thought it was great that each person had their own, but I had trouble finding a place to put things like rice and meat when they arrived. I ordered the Kirifune beef loin course. In addition to the meat, it came with vegetables, side dishes, rice, and udon. The amount of meat was quite small. I regretted not ordering the meat upgrade. The meat was easy to eat and didn't have any strong flavors. Since both rice and udon were included, I was quite full. But I wish I had eaten a bit more meat.

I had lunch at the newly opened Shabu Shabu Kirifune Osaka store at Ichiroku Gourmet on the 16th floor of the South Gate Building (Daimaru) in Umeda on November 29, 2022. The entrance has a slicer. There are semi-private rooms and table seats. The draft beer (110 yen) is only for the first glass, but it's only 110 yen! The Beef and Pork Shabu Kaiseki (1,958 yen including tax) includes Miyazaki Prefecture's Kirishima beef loin, Kagoshima Prefecture's black pork shoulder loin, seasonal vegetables, kishimen noodles, beef simmered with vegetables, horse mackerel nanbanzuke, lotus root pickled in Kishu plum, tempura (shrimp, shiitake mushrooms, okra), boiled komatsuna and sun-dried tofu, and dashimaki tamago. It's great that each person gets their own pot no matter how many people come! There are three types of sauces: plum sauce, sesame sauce, and ponzu (with grated daikon and green onions). I like my udon noodles soft, so I put them in first! The kishimen noodles are very slippery and delicious. The plate of shabu shabu meat includes Chinese cabbage, maroni, carrots, and mizuna. The meat is a total of 80g of beef and pork. The beef is very tender and delicious! The pork is also tender, not gamey, and light. We mostly enjoyed it with sesame sauce, but it's also delicious with the slightly thick and not too sour plum sauce! With 80g of meat, I was full halfway through. After finishing the shabu shabu, we finally got to enjoy the Matsukado-style side dishes. The crispy lotus root with plum was amazing! The beef simmered with vegetables rice was also exquisite! There were plenty of tempura, dashimaki, and more, making it a very satisfying and reasonably priced kaiseki meal.

I happened to see a new open sign when passing through Osaka Station, so I decided to stop by! It is conveniently located in the building adjacent to Osaka Station. Each person has their own individual pot for a one-person hot pot style, so it's nice to be able to eat without worrying about various things even during this time of year. When you order a course, it comes with meat, vegetables, appetizers, kishimen noodles, rice, and condiments. This time, I ordered the Miyazaki Kirishima beef lean meat course. Kirishima beef is a brand of beef from Miyazaki, it seems to be a crossbreed of Japanese Black cattle and Holstein. They seemed a bit inexperienced as they had just opened, and were a bit disorganized. The vegetables, appetizers, rice, and kishimen noodles were brought out on one plate first, but the main meat took a while to arrive. It would be better if they brought out the meat before the noodles and rice! Also, the meat seemed to be served without being fully thawed, and when I tried to cook it in the hot pot, it had a blackish, shriveled appearance typical of meat that hasn't been thawed properly. It's understandable that they use frozen meat for the price, but it would be better if they could thaw it more effectively. The original plum sauce was delicious with the vegetables and meat! The location is good, so I plan to visit again when things have calmed down a bit.

The additional stores of Ichiroku Gourmet, which was not so great in the first phase (3 stores remaining). Operated by Pier Thirty, which was relatively decent in the first phase. They offer cheap cuts of meat at reasonable prices. It's a decent option for the price. They also have all-you-can-eat options. They added domestic meat options, but no international meats for individual orders. Vegetables are a bit scarce. The Matsusaka beef is of the lowest grade. The other meats are a bit tough, but they do provide a satisfying chew. They serve Oolong tea, Miyazaki Wagyu lean meat course, Kurobuta (black pork) from Kagoshima, and seasonal vegetables.

I visited during the open fair. The restaurant area in Daimaru Umeda was crowded, and I was a little worried about the risk of airborne and droplet infection during the COVID-19 pandemic. Some seats were partitioned off like semi-private rooms. However, since we were eating hot pot and spending a long time without masks while talking, I wish there were more dividers for infection prevention between groups of customers. The service was excellent, and having individual small pots for each person was nice. I imagine it must be difficult for the staff to carry and serve everything. The vegetables were fresh and delicious, the Miyazaki beef was tasty, and the noodles and white rice were also delicious. It was fun to try out the three different sauces, and they all tasted great. The plum sauce was surprisingly delicious. There are many all-you-can-eat restaurants in Kansai at a similar price point, but the quality of the meat and vegetables is not as good. Here, all the ingredients are delicious, and you can eat until you are 80% full with tasty food. Plus, you get both rice and noodles, so it's satisfying. For those who want more, there is a set where you can double the amount of meat.

This is my third time using this restaurant. This time, I had a combination of black pork and beef, and I was able to eat until my stomach was full. It was delicious until the end.

Miyazaki shabu-shabu? It's a place where you can enjoy it. It seems to have just opened last autumn. I ordered the Kurobuta shabu-shabu kaiseki. The marbling of the shabu-shabu meat was beautiful. It came with udon, tempura, and lots of side dishes, and the meat was delicious.
