Popular No.1 Hokkaido Pasture-Raised Pork Shabu-Shabu Course (with all-you-can-drink) ¥5,500 Course details: - Tofu Caprese-style - Tomato Salad - Simmered Daikon Radish Karaage - Shabu-Shabu (meat, vegetables) - Rice porridge to finish The tofu caprese-style dish is served with the finest bonito flakes from Kagoshima Ibusuki, which are 0.01mm thin. The combination of the bonito flakes and basil creates a unique fusion of Japanese and Western flavors. The tomato salad is light and refreshing, dressed with homemade onion dressing. The simmered daikon radish karaage is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with a rich dashi flavor. The shabu-shabu uses Hokkaido Shiraoi-produced "real kelp" for the broth and "Fukurai Junmai 3-year-aged hon-mirin" from Gifu Shirokiku Sakagura. The pork is from Tokachi pasture-raised pork belly and shoulder loin, and the vegetables are organic, pesticide-free vegetables from their own farm. The mushrooms include three varieties: kakinotane, yamanameko, and large shimeji. The shabu-shabu is enjoyed with just the broth, without any additional sauces, allowing the rich flavor of the dashi to shine through. The rice porridge made with the flavorful broth is a delicious way to end the meal. The restaurant also offers a surprise inclusion of Kido and Jokigen in their all-you-can-drink menu. The staff provides excellent service, with young and friendly employees who make the dining experience enjoyable. The restaurant has private rooms and adjustable air conditioning, making it a great choice for a discreet date or a comfortable dining experience.

■A restaurant that opened in May, offering Japanese cuisine made with freshly shaved premium bonito flakes as a base, organic vegetables from their own farm, Hokkaido pastured pork, and fresh seafood delivered daily. The shabu-shabu is especially delicious, so I went for dinner with an acquaintance, feeling excited. The restaurant is located in the "Ura Namba" area, known for its nightlife, with the closest stations being Nankai Main Line "Namba Station" and Kintetsu Namba/Nara Line "Kintetsu Nipponbashi Station". The restaurant is on the second floor, with table seating at the front and private rooms with impressive folding screens towards the back, perfect for special occasions. ■Orders (incl. tax): - Appetizer: Silken tofu with chili oil and aromatic soy sauce topped with freshly shaved bonito flakes. The combination of bonito aroma, chili oil texture, and soy sauce flavor is a must-try. - Fruit Tomato Salad with Onion Dressing (880 yen): A refreshing salad of tomatoes, seasonal fruits, and greens with onion and homemade dressings. - Seasonal Sashimi Platter: A selection of fresh sashimi including bigeye tuna, gurnard, and striped jack. - Deep-fried Turnip with Fried Leeks and Seaweed Salt (850 yen): Crispy fried turnip with a flavorful leek sauce and seaweed salt. - Ultimate Pork Shabu-Shabu with Hokkaido Pastured Pork (2,600 yen per person): Two types of Hokkaido pastured pork (belly and shoulder loin) with plenty of pesticide-free vegetables and aged hon-mirin broth. Enjoy the difference between the two broths and the unique flavors of the pork cuts. - Avocado and Shrimp Mayonnaise (900 yen): Creamy avocado and plump shrimp in a rich mayonnaise sauce. - Rolled Omelette with Kettle-cooked Whitebait Dashi Sauce (900 yen): Fluffy rolled omelette with a gentle dashi sauce and flavorful whitebait. ■Store Information: - Access: About 4 minutes walk from Nankai Main Line "Namba Station", about 5 minutes walk from Kintetsu Namba/Nara Line "Kintetsu Nipponbashi Station", about 9 minutes walk from Osaka Metro Midosuji Line "Namba Station". - Business Hours: 17:00-23:00 - Closed: No regular holidays - Seating: Table seating, private rooms - Parking: None (Coin parking nearby) - Wi-Fi: Not available - Power Outlets: Not available - Cashless Payment: Not specified

Namba Grand Kagetsu is just a 5-minute walk from Namba Station. After passing through the Namba Grand Kagetsu, walk a little further to find a shop on the 2nd floor! Climbing the steep stairs to the 2nd floor, you will see a large calligraphy art on the wall, creating a lovely atmosphere similar to an art museum. There is also a space with private rooms that can be used for free, so it's lucky if it's available when you make a reservation. The place has a luxurious atmosphere, suitable for groups of 4, 6, or 10 people. While you can order shabu-shabu a la carte, I felt that ordering a course was more cost-effective, so I opted for the course menu. Today, I was craving for some meat, so I chose the ultimate dashi shabu-shabu course featuring Hokkaido pastured pork and Omi beef. The course included appetizers, tomato salad, simmered daikon tempura, Hokkaido pastured pork & Omi beef shabu-shabu, and porridge for 5500 yen. The salted tofu appetizer topped with plenty of bonito flakes was truly exquisite, with the finest quality bonito flakes shaved right in the restaurant. The simmered daikon tempura, eaten with green onion sauce or salt, was also delicious, as the flavors had seeped into the daikon. The shabu-shabu, enjoyed with the flavorful broth, was exceptionally tasty. The broth alone was so delicious that I wanted to carry it around in a water bottle. The shabu-shabu eating method was also unique and I was taught how to enjoy it properly. Both the pastured pork and Omi beef were delicious. Eating them with wasabi and bonito flakes made the flavors light and refreshing, and the real wasabi added an extra touch of deliciousness. The appetizers, enjoyed with the special bonito flakes, melted in the mouth. Each condiment was carefully selected, and the vegetables were fresh and flavorful, delivered directly from contract farmers.

I tried the most popular Omi beef and Hokkaido free-range pork shabu-shabu course. The broth, made using thinly shaved bonito flakes, is rich in flavor and excellent. I appreciated the presentation of allowing customers to compare the broth before and after it was made, which added to the enjoyment. The meat was not only affordable but also delicious, complemented by the flavorful broth. The vegetables, said to be from their own farm, were also very tasty. The savory porridge, filled with all those flavors, was delicious and satisfying. I definitely want to visit this great restaurant again.

I found out that there is a delicious shabu-shabu restaurant in Namba and decided to visit TAZ-YA, a restaurant located in the backstreets of Namba on the second floor of an Italian restaurant. Despite the lively atmosphere of the backstreets, this restaurant had a calm and peaceful ambiance. We opted for the Hokkaido pasture-raised pork ultimate shabu-shabu course, with me choosing cassis orange and my companion choosing draft beer for drinks. The appetizers included island tofu with thinly shaved bonito flakes on top, which was delicious. The tofu was soft, the sauce was flavorful, and the bonito flakes melted in the mouth. We also had a tomato salad with a refreshing homemade dressing, and deep-fried daikon radish with leeks in a savory sauce. The highlight was the shabu-shabu with Hokkaido pasture-raised pork, where we enjoyed dipping the meat and vegetables in the delicious broth. The meal ended with a comforting rice porridge and a jasmine pudding topped with caramel made from oolong tea. Overall, the experience was delightful and I would highly recommend this restaurant for a relaxing dining experience in the bustling streets of Namba.

Located a 5-minute walk from Namba Station on the Midosuji Subway Line, this creative Japanese restaurant offers a variety of dishes using ingredients from their own farm and pasture-raised pork from Hokkaido. They take pride not only in their vegetables and meat but also in their freshly shaved premium bonito flakes, allowing you to enjoy the rich flavor of bonito flakes. The Ultimate Dashi Shabu-Shabu Premium Course for 5000 yen includes a fresh sashimi assortment and the popular dish, dashi shabu-shabu. The course also includes salted tofu with bonito flakes, a variety of sashimi, simmered daikon with fried leeks sauce, a taste comparison of Hokkaido pasture-raised pork, and a delicious finish with porridge using the remaining broth. To top it off, they offer a homemade jasmine tea-flavored pudding for 500 yen. The pudding is creamy and delicious, even without the caramel topping. The presentation of shaving the bonito flakes at the table adds a unique touch to the dining experience, enhancing the flavors of the dishes. Overall, it was a delightful experience enjoying high-quality Japanese cuisine that focuses on natural and additive-free ingredients.

Shabu-shabu is something I crave regularly! \(//∇//)\ I've been to Tatsuya Umeda before, but this was my first visit to the Namba branch. This time, I indulged a bit with the Hokkaido Pasture-Raised Pork Ultimate Dashi Shabu-Shabu Premium Course for 5000 yen. The course includes a fresh sashimi assortment and shabu-shabu experience with premium dashi broth. Here's what we had: - Appetizers: Tuna and shiso leaf salted tofu, pesticide-free vegetable salad. The tofu topped with plenty of Tatsuya's bonito flakes and the vegetable salad were healthy and delicious. - Sashimi assortment: Mebachi tuna, hiraaji, flounder, salmon, and houbou. It was exciting to have sashimi along with shabu-shabu. - Simmered daikon with fried garlic chive sauce. The fried simmered daikon was incredibly tasty! It's a must-try dish. - Hokkaido Pasture-Raised Pork Shabu-Shabu comparison. By generously adding freshly shaved bonito flakes, we enjoyed a rich and flavorful shabu-shabu experience. The Hokkaido pasture-raised pork included shoulder loin and pork belly, both delicious. - For dessert, we added the homemade jasmine pudding for 500 yen. A popular sweet treat at Tatsuya, it was creamy and absolutely delicious! Overall, it was a satisfying meal with shabu-shabu, sashimi, and dessert. Thank you for the delicious meal! ( ◠‿◠ )

Today, I had dinner with a friend after a long time (=´∀`)人(´∀`=). Although I usually enjoy indulging in meat, tonight we decided to go for something a bit healthier at Tatsuya Namba Store. This restaurant is recommended by my friend and it offers delicious shabu-shabu with a tasty broth! We made a reservation and headed there together. The restaurant is located on South Road in Namba, close to Namba Station, just a short walk from NGK towards Kuromon Market. It is on the second floor, up the stairs next to an Italian restaurant. We were guided to a cozy table on the second floor, which had a hidden and romantic atmosphere, perfect for a date. We started with a premium draft beer, which is always a great way to start a meal. The dishes we ordered included: - Tuna and Shiso Salted Tofu: The tofu was topped with a generous amount of freshly shaved bonito flakes, which were of the highest quality from Ibusuki, Kagoshima Prefecture. The aroma of the bonito flakes filled the air, creating a delightful experience. - Tomato Salad: A refreshing salad with sweet cherry tomatoes and fresh vegetables, full of vibrant flavors. - Assorted Sashimi: Tuna, flounder, and striped jack sashimi beautifully presented with salt and freshly grated wasabi, a delicious and fresh dish. - Simmered Daikon Radish with Deep-Fried Chicken: A dish where simmered daikon radish is fried in a light batter, served with a green onion sauce, a unique and tasty combination. - Tatsuya Sour with Bonito Flakes: A special sour cocktail with a strong bonito flavor, an interesting and flavorful drink. Finally, the highlight of the meal was the ultimate shabu-shabu premium course with Hokkaido pasture-raised beef. The golden broth was made with the finest ingredients, including Hokkaido kombu, Fukurai aged three years mirin from Shirakiku Shuzo, and plenty of premium bonito flakes. The meat, vegetables, and the rich broth created a luxurious shabu-shabu experience, with each bite bursting with flavor. The meal ended with a satisfying bowl of rice cooked in the flavorful broth. Overall, Tatsuya Namba Store provided an exceptional dining experience with its high-quality ingredients, delicious dishes, and inviting atmosphere. It was a delightful evening spent enjoying healthy and flavorful food with a good friend.

Located near the South Road of Ura Namba, close to Kuromon Market, this restaurant stands out. On the first floor is the delicious vegetable restaurant, Verabocca, and if you climb the steep stairs next to it, you will find this place... It is an izakaya with private rooms, and although they have a la carte menu items, their specialty seems to be shabu-shabu. Based on a friend's recommendation, we made a reservation and visited the restaurant. - Hokkaido Pasture-raised Pork Ultimate Dashi Shabu-Shabu Premium Course ¥5,000 tax included - Appetizer (Tuna and Shiso Salted Tofu) with unlimited topping of authentic dried bonito flakes from Ibushi, Kagoshima, which costs 8,000 yen per piece. The aroma of the thinly shaved bonito flakes is amazing. The salted tofu has a strong flavor, which would go well with sake. We toasted with beer. - Assorted Sashimi of seasonal fish including tuna, flounder, and striped jack, beautifully arranged with wasabi and seaweed salt. - Tomato Salad with tomatoes, green lettuce, and daikon radish, a consistently delicious dish. - Simmered Daikon Radish Tempura, where daikon radish is fried with a thin coating of potato starch and served hot with a green sauce made of fried garlic chives. - Tokachi Pasture-raised Pork Dashi Shabu-Shabu with pork loin and pork belly in a generous portion. The broth is delicious, and adding a mountain of bonito flakes for extra flavor enhances the dish. After enjoying the meat, vegetables such as green lettuce, red core daikon, watercress, enoki mushrooms, and shimeji mushrooms are added. - Rice Porridge with a light and flavorful bonito dashi, which tastes delicious with the added bonito flakes from earlier. Drinks included: - Draft Beer (Suntory Kuro Ale) ¥550 - Tatsuya Sour (Bonito Flakes) ¥850 (friend's choice) - Tatsuya Sour (Wasabi) ¥850 (my choice) The Tatsuya Sour is highly recommended. We also purchased the Tatsuya special jasmine pudding as a takeaway since the course was quite filling. This restaurant has easily made it to my top 3 favorite shabu-shabu places, and I can't wait to visit again.

I visited a creative Japanese cuisine restaurant in the back streets of Namba, right next to Yoshimoto Grand Kagetsu. The entrance is simple and Japanese-style, and as I climbed the stairs to the second floor, I was greeted by friendly staff with lovely smiles. This time, I tried the "Hokkaido Pasture-Raised Pork Ultimate Dashi Shabu-Shabu Premium Course for 5000 yen." - Appetizer: Tofu Caprese They shaved the finest bonito flakes from Makurazaki, which not only looked beautiful but also tasted amazing. The ultra-thin bonito flakes were incredibly delicious and a must-try. - Assorted Sashimi Plate (5 types) Including amberjack, red snapper, sea bream, and tuna, all the seasonal fish were fresh and delicious. - Tomato Salad - Simmered Daikon Radish with Fried Chicken Hot and flavorful, the daikon radish inside was deliciously infused with flavors. - Tokachi Pasture-Raised Pork Dashi Shabu-Shabu The pork was delicious, but the dashi made from the finest bonito flakes was incredibly tasty. The organic vegetables and mushrooms were also incredibly delicious. This is a must-order dish! - Rice Porridge It was so delicious that words are unnecessary. The flavor of the dashi and the egg mixed with the rice created a blissful moment. - Jasmine Pudding A silky smooth pudding with a hint of jasmine fragrance. Drizzling caramel over it changed the flavor, and it was devoured in an instant. - Tatsuya Sour (850 yen) This sour drink generously included shaved finest bonito flakes, which spread their flavor as time passed. It was a recommended drink that went well with the food. They also have a variety of sake, and this time I tried the recommended one from the staff. - Bijofu Extra Dry from Kochi Prefecture It had a crisp taste with a lovely aroma that spread beautifully. A wonderful restaurant where you can experience the charm of dashi. The excellent service from the staff made the dining experience even more enjoyable. It's a versatile restaurant suitable for families, dates, or business entertainment. Personally, it's a definite repeat visit for me. *They have private rooms with a luxurious gold-themed design that reminds you of Toyotomi Hideyoshi.

I visited this restaurant next to the Italian one because the Italian food was delicious. I didn't make a reservation and was able to get a table. Their specialty is using bonito flakes along with vegetables. They have a machine to shave the bonito flakes very thinly to bring out the flavor quickly. We started with a highball toast at the corner. I ordered the ultimate shabu-shabu course with Hokkaido pastured pork and Omi beef for comparison. I also ordered the fried chicken with grated daikon and ponzu sauce. For appetizers, they served tofu with plenty of bonito flakes sprinkled on top. The tofu alone was delicious, but even better with the bonito flakes. The tomato salad was sweet and the lettuce was crispy. The fried radish in basil and salt was crispy and flavorful. The fried chicken was also crispy and not greasy, especially delicious with plenty of grated daikon on top. We had some sparkling sake before the hot pot. I tried the sparkling version of Dassai for the first time, and it was sweet and refreshing. The hot pot was served with a comparison of broth before and after adding bonito flakes. It was definitely tastier with the bonito flakes. We added lots of mushrooms, sliced vegetables, and watercress to the hot pot, and wrapped the shabu-shabu meat in them. It was even more delicious when wrapped with the bonito flakes-infused broth. We were already full, but then came the simple egg and green onion porridge. Lastly, we used a coupon to get jasmine pudding, which was delicious on its own but even better when paired with the bitter caramel. I want to take some home (laughs). The broth was so tasty that I ate too much. Thank you for the meal.

All dishes are cooked without any additives or chemical seasonings, using a special broth. Even the salad and dressing are made with pesticide-free vegetables. Their homemade tofu served as a starter is also delicious. The bonito flakes they use are shaved to 0.01mm thickness. I received the following menu this time: ✅ Hokkaido Pasture-Raised Pork Ultimate Dashi Shabu-Shabu Course 4000 yen ● Tuna and Shiso Salted Tofu ● Tomato Salad ● Simmered Daikon Radish Karaage ● Tokachi Pasture-Raised Pork Shabu-Shabu ● Steamed Rice Porridge to finish 【A la carte】 ◇ Roast Beef Bowl marinated in homemade sauce 1300 yen ◇ Beef Tendon Yakitori with Miso Wine Flavor 1280 yen ◇ Jasmine Pudding 500 yen I visited TAZ-YA in Namba, Osaka this time. The restaurant has a blend of traditional Japanese atmosphere and stylishness, creating a calming environment. I visited on a weekday and the place was bustling with customers. They offer shabu-shabu with organic vegetables, Hokkaido pasture-raised pork, and carefully selected ingredients, making it a very popular spot. The most exciting part is that you can enjoy freshly shaved premium bonito flakes in the restaurant. First, I started with a beer and the Tuna and Shiso Salted Tofu appetizer, which paired perfectly with the bonito flakes and made the alcohol go down smoothly. The popular Simmered Daikon Radish Karaage was incredibly delicious and crispy, with a flavorful taste that went well with both beer and rice. Next, the main dish of Tokachi pasture-raised pork shabu-shabu arrived. First, I enjoyed the broth as it was, then added the bonito flakes, which changed the flavor and made it incredibly delicious. The meat and vegetables cooked in this broth, especially the mushrooms, were outstanding. The finishing Steamed Rice Porridge was amazing, with the rice absorbing the delicious broth. I couldn't resist ordering the Roast Beef Bowl, which was incredibly delicious and satisfying. The Beef Tendon Yakitori with Miso Wine Flavor was a favorite, as it went perfectly with alcohol. The Jasmine Pudding was fragrant and elegant, a perfect way to end the meal. Overall, TAZ-YA in Namba is a wonderful restaurant where you can enjoy a variety of dishes in a great atmosphere. The continuously served dishes kept my excitement high throughout the meal, and the attentive staff, including the handsome young man and lovely lady, made the experience even better. I highly recommend visiting TAZ-YA in Namba for a great dining experience.

I went to a restaurant where they use pesticide-free vegetables and freshly shaved premium bonito flakes for their "shabu-shabu" dish. It looked like a regular restaurant from the outside, but once you go inside, there are hidden private rooms underground! The private rooms are also very luxurious, making you feel like a celebrity. - Hokkaido Pasture-Raised Pork Shabu-Shabu Course 4000 yen (tax included) ◎ Tofu Caprese Style ○ Tomato Salad ◎ Deep-Fried Daikon Radish with Fried Chives Sauce ○ Hokkaido Pasture-Raised Pork Shabu-Shabu (Shoulder Loin, Belly) ◎ Rice Porridge Additional: ○ Roast Beef with Wasabi Miso Sauce (600 yen) ○ Homemade Jasmine Pudding (complimentary with LINE addition) The tofu was incredibly smooth, and the basil sauce complemented it perfectly. The deep-fried daikon radish was delicious on its own, with a flavorful broth, and also tasty with the chive sauce. The shabu-shabu broth was a bit strong with mirin and soy sauce, making me crave rice. The variety of mushrooms in the pot was delightful, and I especially enjoyed the combination of leafy greens and pork. The rice porridge at the end was comforting, with a mellow broth enhanced by the pork fat, vegetables, and bonito flakes. The roast beef came with a generous portion of potato salad, where the smoked bonito flavor stood out. The jasmine pudding had a light jasmine aroma and a smooth texture, paired with a slightly bitter caramel sauce made with oolong tea. Overall, I enjoyed the tofu caprese style and the deep-fried daikon radish the most.

【Tatsu-ya Namba Store】 *---------------------------------* About 8 minutes walk from Namba Station 2F, 1-8 Namba Sennichimae, Chuo-ku, Osaka City, Osaka 17:00 - 23:00 *---------------------------------* ・Ultimate Dashi Shabu-Shabu Comparison Course 4,000 yen Salad with standout fruit tomatoes Simmered daikon radish Deep-fried daikon radish Comparison of Hokkaido free-range pork Zosui (rice porridge) A dish that has been featured on TV!! The "Ultimate Dashi Shabu-Shabu" made with the finest ingredients from Tatsu-ya is really amazing. They are very particular about the ingredients, and you can taste their dedication in every dish. Everything is incredibly delicious, especially the dashi broth! The dashi was so delicious that it was truly impressive. As the name suggests, it was the ultimate dashi. First, I tried just the dashi, and then I added freshly shaved, thin, and tender bonito flakes. As soon as I took it out of the pot, the bonito flavor burst out, completely changing the taste. They are very particular about how to eat it; you shouldn't shabu-shabu the meat because the umami of the meat will escape into the broth. This level of dedication explains why it is so delicious. The vegetables are grown in their own farm, so they are very fresh! You can wrap the vegetables with Hokkaido free-range pork, or just eat the vegetables alone – it's all amazing. There are no chemical seasonings or additives, so it's good for your body too. It's just too good! The interior has private rooms with walls and air conditioning made of gold! The calligraphy and paintings on the sliding doors are so cool, and you can really feel the president's dedication in the atmosphere of the restaurant. I definitely recommend this place to everyone! I will definitely come back! You should definitely try it out~

Namba's dashi is delicious. This time, I added the ultimate dashi shabu course, along with potato fries, grated ponzu sauce, and fried chicken. Everything was delicious! The premium bonito flakes were freshly shaved, and the vegetables were pesticide-free and fresh. The simmered daikon fried chicken was flavorful and the daikon was juicy. The chicken karaage was well-seasoned. The main shabu shabu was also delicious when eaten with the tasty broth and wasabi. I also thoroughly enjoyed the porridge at the end of the meal. Namba, TAZ-YA✨ A creative Japanese cuisine restaurant located in Nihonbashi. There is also a branch in Umeda, but they recently opened a new branch in Namba, so I visited it right away. We ordered the Hokkaido free-range pork ultimate dashi shabu-shabu course with all-you-can-drink (5500 yen ✖️2) The course included the following: ・Appetizer ・Fruit tomato salad ・Simmered daikon radish with fried chicken ・Tasting comparison of Hokkaido free-range pork shabu-shabu ・Rice porridge to finish Here are some highlights from the review: ✨ ⚫︎ Fruit tomato salad A dish with homemade onion dressing. The sweet dressing paired well with the fruit tomatoes. ⚫︎ Simmered daikon radish with fried chicken and leek sauce The leek sauce was not overpowering and had a rich flavor that complemented the ingredients. ⚫︎ Tasting comparison of Hokkaido free-range pork shabu-shabu The highlight here is the dashi broth! Made with dried bonito flakes, kelp, and aged mirin, the broth is continuously replenished. Before eating, freshly shaved bonito flakes are added, and more broth is poured in. The pork shoulder loin was light, while the belly had a slightly fatty yet sweet taste. Both paired exceptionally well with the broth, especially when eaten with wasabi. A variety of vegetables like enoki mushrooms, shimeji mushrooms, onions, and mizuna were served alongside the meat, adding to the enjoyment of the meal. The meal was finished with rice porridge, enhancing the ultimate dashi flavor. This pork shabu-shabu was incredibly delicious. The restaurant uses pesticide-free vegetables and focuses on quality ingredients. It's a great place to enjoy a healthy and delicious pork shabu-shabu. If you want to try tasty and healthy pork shabu-shabu, be sure to visit this place! ✨

The miso-marinated tofu and soy sauce-marinated ikura (salmon roe) topped with freshly grated bonito flakes are served, making it flavorful and delicious. The tomato salad is made with fresh vegetables and lots of tomatoes. The onion dressing was also delicious. The simmered daikon radish with garlic chive sauce was a perfect match, very tasty. Before eating the ultimate dashi shabu-shabu, they put a lot of bonito flakes in it. The meat and vegetables are plentiful. It's so delicious that you'll want to go back for more. I turned the leftovers into a porridge at the end. You can enjoy the ultimate dashi until the very end, and I left feeling satisfied. The staff's service is excellent, and you can enjoy a leisurely meal in a calm atmosphere. It's a highly recommended restaurant for girls' gatherings or dates, with both the food and ambiance being very satisfying.

[Tatsuya Namba Store] Osaka Namba Tabelog 3.06 @taz_ya.namba I visited the newly opened "Tatsuya Namba Store" near Namba Station in Osaka. Here, you can enjoy exquisite creative Japanese cuisine made with freshly shaved premium bonito flakes in the store. This time, I tried: - Hokkaido free-range pork dashi shabu-shabu course 4000 - Chicken Karaage with homemade aromatic soy sauce 890 - Tatsuya Sour Bonito Flakes 850 I started with the specialty tofu dish with plenty of freshly shaved premium bonito flakes in the store. Even without adding soy sauce, you can fully enjoy the subtle saltiness of the salmon roe and the umami of the bonito flakes. Next was the karaage of simmered daikon. The daikon soaked in dashi was turned into karaage. The karaage had a crispy exterior, and as you chewed, the dashi overflowed, creating a new texture. The bright green fried chives sauce paired excellently with it. Then, the main dish, shabu-shabu. I first tasted the beautiful golden broth. Just that alone was delicious, but then the freshly shaved premium dried bonito flakes, shaved to 0.01mm in the store, were generously added, creating the ultimate broth. The vegetables were organic pesticide-free vegetables directly from their own farm, and the pork was a set of belly and shoulder loin from the vast pastures of Tokachi free-range pork. Lightly shabu-shabu the meat with the vegetables and the bonito flakes broth, and the sweetness of the pork and the umami of the broth spread throughout your mouth without the need for ponzu sauce. For the finale, I had egg porridge. A luxurious porridge made with the finest broth, adding the sweetness of the pork and the umami of the vegetables. It's so delicious that you'll want to drink every last drop. For drinks, I had the famous Tatsuya Sour. The bonito-flake-infused sour was flavorful and paired perfectly with the dishes. They also have a wide selection of sake. Finish off with the ultimate broth shabu-shabu that you'll want to drink to the last drop in this stylish restaurant!
