Located in Nakasu, Fukuoka City, Hakata-ku, at Kawabata-dori Shotengai, is the ramen restaurant "Ichiban Ichiryu". It's open late, making it a great choice when drinking in Nakasu! I visited with friends after drinking and ordered ramen. The soup was rich and had a nice punch to it, but it didn't have any unpleasant smells or off-flavors. Delicious! I was quite drunk, so I'll visit again when I'm more conscious next time (laughs).

The original shop near Nakasu Kawabata Arcade had such a significant price increase that I didn't feel like going there. The cheap shop across the street has been nicely renovated. I decided to try it out for a change. It was mentioned in other reviews, but I personally found the ramen to be rich and delicious. There was no mustard greens on the table, but I was able to get a refill for 30 yen. I remember seeing 10 yen for a refill on the outdoor sign before, so I appreciate this slight price increase. Thank you for the meal.

Since I came all the way to Hakata, I had lunch at Nagahama-ke, but I feel like having another meal (laughs). I wonder if Ichiban Ichiryu is the tonkotsu shoyu ramen. I could taste the flavor of shoyu-based soup. The abundance of wood ear mushrooms and green onions as toppings made me very happy. It may not be the traditional tonkotsu ramen, but I could feel the effort put into it. Also, the fact that the extra noodles cost only 30 yen shows their hospitality! I couldn't help but eat it and now I'm full. It may not be the traditional style, but it was delicious! I'm glad I tried it!

5-minute walk from Exit 5 of Nakasu Kawabata Station on the subway, just 210m from the station. This old-fashioned ramen shop has been around for a long time. The price for an extra serving of noodles (kaedama) is only 30 yen, which is very cheap. The lunch sets are also very reasonably priced, making it a great value for money. However, the ramen is a bit light and lacks punch, not something you would crave for more. The chashu has a good flavor, so it's just right to eat together. Overall, if you prioritize affordability, this place is worth considering.

I used it as a way to end my night of drinking. Despite being late at night, the restaurant was full. I had tonkotsu ramen. This ramen shop offers an amazing deal where you can get an extra serving of noodles for only 30 yen. The shop is run by a small staff, but they serve the dishes quickly, leaving a good impression. I would like to come back next time for my end-of-the-night ramen. The menma was not that great, sometimes a bit damaged.

Today, I visited a stall ramen shop that specializes in tonkotsu (pork bone broth) ramen. The interior of the shop had counter seats and table seats, with a decent number of seats available. Customers ranged from individuals to groups. I ordered the "Niwatamago Chashu Men" which seemed to have everything on it. The menu was quite extensive, typical of a stall ramen shop. The taste was average, without any particular strong flavors, quite mild. The chashu was shredded and the soft-boiled egg was well-seasoned. Extra noodles were served in a separate dish. Overall, it felt like a place to enjoy ramen as a finishing touch to a night of drinking. It was a delicious meal.

I went to Ichiryu with my colleagues for lunch. I really like the taste. It's a shame I couldn't get extra noodles due to my weight loss plan. I want to praise myself for being able to resist finishing the soup. It was the perfect reward for my weight loss efforts! It's close to Nakasu, so it seems like a good place to go for a meal after drinking.

There was a drinking party in Nakasu, and after it ended early, I felt unsatisfied and went to search for a ramen shop in the shopping street. The kitchen staff recommended a more cost-effective menu when taking orders, and the ramen I had was not only fulfilling my desire for soup but also tasted delicious. Next time, I want to come back when I'm really hungry and enjoy a full meal. I always visit this area when I come to Fukuoka, so I will definitely revisit this place!

I came to have a snack ramen around 4 pm on a regular day. The restaurant has a variety of menu items that resemble a food stall, as described in the name of the restaurant. There are various set menus available, making it easy to choose. For the evening menu, there is a set called "old man set" which includes draft beer, grilled chicken skewers, and ramen. Since I was having a snack, I chose the Ramen + Gyoza Set A. The ramen had a traditional soup with satisfying noodles. The soup seemed a bit light, maybe because of the food stall style. The pork slices were tender and delicious. It also had big green onions and wood ear mushrooms. The option for an extra serving of noodles was available for only 30 yen, which was impressive. I had one extra serving while feeling grateful in my heart. The gyoza was presented in a food stall-like style, with a good portion of 8 pieces. I sat at the counter seat, which had partitions between each seat. There was a box of tissues placed right in front of each partition for easy access. Thanks to this, I could focus on enjoying the meal. I felt that the restaurant values their customers, even though it was just my own impression.

I had dinner in Nakasu Kawabata in Fukuoka and randomly walked into a shop in Nakasu Kawabata shopping street. I ordered ramen for 590 yen. It was a weekday evening after the New Year, so there were almost no customers, and I was seated at the counter. They asked me about the firmness of the noodles when I ordered, which is a cultural thing in Hakata, so I asked for firm noodles. It came out in about 3 minutes, so there was no waiting. The noodles were firm as requested, but the soup was a bit light, so I added plenty of pickled ginger. They also have an option for extra noodles, but I don't think you need it with this soup.

The ramen shop in the competitive area of Kawabata Shopping Street offers a great lunch set menu with a sign at the entrance. The default ramen is the famous Hakata-style tonkotsu ramen. The topping of wood ear mushrooms is delicious! They used to offer an extra serving of noodles for 10 yen, but now it's 30 yen, which is still cheap! Thank you for the meal!

Before going to Hakata-za, I quickly searched for a ramen place and found this one. The taste was okay, and I was surprised that extra noodles only cost 30 yen. Nowadays, most places charge over 100 yen for extra noodles, so they are really trying hard. I personally can't handle it, but it's a good option for a quick ramen fix before heading out.

It was just around lunchtime and the place was crowded, but I was able to get a seat. I had the Char siu ramen, which was rich and the noodles were well coated in the soup, very delicious! The Char siu portion was generous and had a nice flavor. And can you believe it, extra noodles only cost 30 yen! And it felt like I got a lot of noodles. Personally, I appreciate that. It seems like they have a wide variety of side dishes, so next time I want to come at night and have some snacks while drinking!

Yesterday's lunch was at Nakasu Kawabata for a meeting, and we went to this ramen shop. It was my first time visiting this place, and I ordered the "half fried rice and ramen set." The ramen and fried rice came out 5 minutes later, quite a quick service. I asked for my ramen noodles to be firm, but they were a bit too hard. The fried rice was only a half portion, and felt smaller than I expected. Even though it was a set, the portion seemed to be on the smaller side.

Today, I went to Canal City to watch a late-night movie, but before that, I needed to grab a quick dinner. I decided to go to this ramen shop where they had a nice set that included ramen, edamame, assorted yakitori, and a draft beer. I also ordered some gyoza on the side. The ramen shop had a cozy atmosphere with counter and table seating. The gyoza was crispy and flavorful, and the assorted yakitori was a nice addition to the meal. The ramen had a creamy and mild pork bone broth with thin straight noodles. Overall, it was a satisfying meal, especially with the cold draft beer. I also ended up ordering an extra beer because it went so well with the food. It was a great place to have a quick meal and drinks before heading to the movie.

Drinkers tend to enjoy strong and salty flavors, right? The yakitori on this day was extremely salty. Is this what they mean by being "salt-friendly"? It felt like I was eating pure salt. Being the serious person that I am, I still finished everything. I heard a sound like some kind of value was going up. Also, the highball was extremely strong. Was this a special service? Have you ever made one yourself? The mysterious harmony created by the two older ladies. Oh no, I should have gone to a place that specializes in chicken wings. With the current shortage of staff, it's not good to have amateurs in the mix, right? Feeling scared, I left the restaurant.

One coin set for 500 yen!! Draft beer for 50 yen!! Is there such a lunch deal anywhere?! The taste from the food stall established in Showa 30th year is amazing. The ramen here is not as pork bone-smelling as it looks, but it has a solid taste of Nagahama (^O^). There are a few cheap ramen shops in Kawabata Shopping Street, but I think this ramen shop is number one in Kawabata Shopping Street. One Ryu, the first ramen stall in Fukuoka, was born in Hakata Nakasu and along the Naka River. It later moved its main store to Kawabata Shopping Street in Nakasu, and has since expanded nationwide. It has continued to receive enthusiastic support from ramen enthusiasts for many years. Starting from Nakasu food stalls, only One Ryu has been able to expand nationwide. I liked it so much that I want to use it again. It was delicious!

It's been a while since I visited Fukuoka ☆ I booked a business hotel near Nakasu Kawabata Station, but had some time before check-in, so I went to Kawabata Shotengai. There was a sign for a big 10 yen coin picture with a message for a 10 yen extra noodle refill! I wanted to eat ramen, so I went in. I ordered the chashu ramen. I didn't get the extra noodles, but the soup and chashu were delicious. During lunch hours, beer is also very cheap.

A long-established shop located in Kawabata-dori shopping street. This time, I ordered a bowl of ramen as a single item. [Lunch Ramen: 500 yen] The soup has a gentle taste without the strong pork bone smell, making it quite light. It seems enjoyable even for those new to pork bone ramen. The noodles are extremely thin straight noodles made from domestic wheat. The toppings included chashu, green onions, and wood ear mushrooms. It was a delicious and friendly tasting bowl. [Overall impression] This time, I ordered just the ramen, but during lunchtime, you can get a set with onigiri for only 500 yen! Plus, an extra serving of noodles is only 10 yen, which is incredibly cheap! Inside the shop, you could hear many orders for extra noodles. This is a recommended spot for those looking for a cheap lunch. Thank you for the meal! *The lunch set for a coin is available only on weekdays from 11:00 to 13:00. Soup richness: 2/5

It's been a while since I visited the main office, and on the way there, I saw cherry blossoms in full bloom everywhere. The best viewing time is probably until this weekend. I stopped by a ramen shop for a quick meal. I ordered the egg ramen, and the special thing about this shop is that extra noodles cost only 10 yen each. I ended up getting one extra serving, so it wasn't really a "light" meal anymore. I arrived in about 5 minutes. I took a sip of the soup - delicious! But I felt like something was missing, and then I realized it was garlic. In the end, I got one extra serving of noodles for 690 yen (tax included). The ramen was very mild since I didn't add garlic, but it was still satisfying. Thank you for the meal.
