We chose the special Ajien hot pot for our party, along with a 1500 yen all-you-can-drink option, all for a flat rate of 4000 yen. We had a great time enjoying the hot pot and drinks with our lively group of friends. The atmosphere was fun, and even though there was a larger party nearby, it didn't bother us at all. It was my first time back in a while, and I still think this place is great. The area around the restaurant is full of interesting and delicious places, perfect for tourists exploring the chaotic charm of Osaka. It's easy to continue the fun with a second party after dinner. I might just have to come back again soon.

We used a large banquet hall for a company party with about 150 people. This time, we had stamina teppanyaki hot pot with all-you-can-drink. We cooked meat and vegetables in kimchi broth, and everyone enjoyed eating together. For the finale, we added udon and ramen noodles. The meat, vegetables, and broth were all delicious and everyone was very satisfied. The restaurant is the famous Ajinoren Universe representing the Showa era in Osaka, and there were many other parties happening on the same floor, creating a lively atmosphere. I would love to come back again someday.

After a meeting attended by staff from offices nationwide, there was a social gathering held in Osaka. This time, the venue was "Ajien" in Sennichimae, Osaka, known for its Osaka-like atmosphere. Since childhood, the place had been featured in late-night TV commercials, with the catchphrase "A leisure building in Minami where neon lights shine brightly in the night sky - Ajien." The venue boasted a sauna and large bath made of marble, all-you-can-eat sukiyaki, a snack alley with 60 shops, and an underground cabaret called "Universe." The cabaret was described as a high-class establishment where light and sound weaved together, and beautiful women provided enthusiastic hospitality. The night in Sennichimae was said to open from Universe, and the drinks shared there were said to be more valuable than a decade of friendship. The echo of this narration and the images were alluring, creating an image of a world that children should not know about. Despite this, the narrator never actually visited the place until now. Upon visiting the Ajien Building for the first time, it was discovered that the underground Universe had been transformed into a rental hall, the snack alley was completely different, and the sauna had been closed. The entrance on the first floor remained as it was in the commercials, but the water was not flowing, which was disappointing. The meal consisted of two types of hot pots, chili hot pot and Ajien hot pot, served at each table. The table the narrator was seated at had the chili hot pot, which was delicious with plenty of meat. The staff, despite their Showa-era appearance, were surprisingly young and provided good service. Even on a Tuesday evening, the place was bustling with guests, showing that it was still a popular spot. While it may not be a place for casual dining or cheap eats, it maintains its popularity through its Showa-era nostalgia, novelty, and a touch of sophistication. Despite operating in a facility that has long been fully depreciated, the restaurant manages to maintain a level of taste, price, and service that satisfies customers. It may only receive a standard rating of three stars, but it is definitely worth three stars for its value!

I made a reservation for a party with 7 friends, and we had a great time in a spacious room enjoying delicious food and drinks. The karaoke was a nice addition and we had a blast. The atmosphere was unique and made for a memorable party that we won't forget.

If you have a party with over 100 people, this is the only place to go. The food is so-so, but the beer is really cold.

One of the most famous deep spots in Osaka is the "Misono Building" in Minami. I was invited to visit "Misono" on the 5th floor with a group of 5 people. Exciting! The "Misono Building" was constructed in 1956 and was known for its modern and luxurious appearance, attracting many customers during the economic boom of the post-war period. However, it faced a decline in the 1990s but was revitalized in the 2000s with a new focus on attracting younger owners and tenants. We were guided to a spacious private room on the 5th floor. We ordered the "Stamina Iron Plate Hot Pot Set" with all-you-can-drink option, which cost 3,800 yen. The meal started with a crab stick vinegar dish and we enjoyed beers and other drinks. The hot pot was rich and spicy, filled with beef, pork, vegetables, and noodles. The meal ended with a flavorful porridge. The private rooms were lined up in a cave-like structure, reminiscent of an adventure. We also explored the 2nd floor of the "Misono Building," which had a subculture and underground vibe. We visited a mysterious bar called "Yuugao-ro," enjoying drinks and snacks in a dimly lit, red ambiance. It was a unique and eye-opening experience. Known as the "den of Minami," this place can easily draw you in with its chaotic charm.

We had a reunion with my former sales department colleagues at Senbayashi Aji-en. There were about 30 of us and we had a great time catching up after 20 years. The venue was a spacious tatami room, typical of Aji-en. We had a Genghis Khan hot pot course with all-you-can-drink for 4,000 yen per person. The amount of meat and vegetables was generous and we enjoyed the delicious meal. The famous building and large banquet hall from the TV commercials created a nice atmosphere, and the reasonable price left us very satisfied. We would definitely like to use this place again in the future.

Watanabe Banquet Hall? I've been there many times, but this is my first review. I think this is my 5th visit. The atmosphere from the entrance really lifts your spirits. It feels nostalgic, like I might have been to a hot spring inn like this in the past. This time, it was a New Year's party for two bars, with about 40 people including regulars and some new faces. There were performances, karaoke, and hidden talents, as well as a generous amount of hot pot that left us satisfied. They had beer, oolong tea, and orange juice or maybe cola in bottles placed in the hallway near the room entrance, which was a great system for beer lovers. I ended up drinking too much. Banquet halls have a unique atmosphere that is really nice. I might not go there often, but I definitely want to go at least once a year.

I always wanted to visit the nostalgic Ajisaien in Osaka. The retro Showa era vibe of the building is irresistible. I was surprised to learn that there is really a place called Universe for Johnny's fans. Maybe it was used in a movie. I had the chiritonabe in a private room. It was a spicy miso flavor... so delicious! But the portion was... huge! The price was a bit high for a hot pot. The drink prices were reasonable though. It seems like a place suitable for company year-end parties or welcome/farewell parties. I couldn't finish the food, even though it was delicious. I'm sorry.
