Nihonbashi on a certain day. It was used by 5 men. Compared to the suburbs like Neyagawa, it is a small store with a striking counter! We ordered a set of lean meat, hormone set, kimchi assortment, and salted cabbage. I don't remember much after that. We ordered quite a bit and drank a lot. However, the prices for draft beer (290 yen) and highball (190 yen) at the end were incredibly cheap. The tongue was too thin to be satisfying, but considering the price and quality of the meat, and the balance at the end of the bill, it was quite good. Depending on the speed of the person cutting the meat and how quickly it rotates, the meat juices should come out, so I think this place is good for a lively and delicious meat experience. When I ate in Neyagawa before... let's not go there.笑

Passion Hormone offers a variety of options besides hormone, so even if you're not a fan, there's something for you. Each dish is reasonably priced, and we ordered a variety of items. The meat is affordable and goes well with the rich sauce, making the beer flow easily. The staff seemed a bit tired, probably because it was a busy day. There were many foreign customers as well, but we had a great time with our group, enjoying plenty of drinks before parting ways. When you're in the mood for meat and beer, this place is perfect. Located on the east side of Nihonbashi Station, this shop on Sennichimae Street has a glass front where you can see inside. It's a narrow shop. I've also been to the passionate Hormone restaurant next door, where highballs are only 190 yen, so I tend to drink too much. I ordered tongue for 390 yen, chicken tenderloin for 390 yen, grilled liver for 420 yen, crunchy tripe for 420 yen, beef tongue with salt for 750 yen, tender harami for 590 yen, grilled vegetable platter for 490 yen, romaine lettuce Caesar salad for 590 yen, and black edamame for 290 yen. A shichirin grill is prepared before the dishes arrive. It's rare to have a proper charcoal grill at a restaurant in this price range. There seems to be more pork than usual at this yakiniku restaurant, but considering the prices, it's forgivable.

After finishing work, I met up with my colleagues to go for drinks. It was past 1 am when one of them suggested that they wanted to eat yakiniku, so we decided to visit the Passionate Hormone Sennichimae store, which is open until 5 am. The store was small with a long and narrow layout, with only about three tables and a counter. Since it was late at night, there was only one other group of customers. We were seated at a table, and a cheerful lady came to take our order. We ordered beer for 290 yen, which was cheap! For food, we ordered a variety set for 2690 yen, salted tongue for 490 yen x2, cherry yukhoe for 850 yen x2, top mino habanero, surume chanja, potato salad, rice x2, and yukhoe jjampong. The cherry yukhoe, which is horse meat, was delicious! We finished it quickly and ended up ordering more. It's great to cook and eat on the shichirin grill at Passionate Hormone. Since they are open until morning, I would like to visit again after work.

The black-haired wagyu hormone was 390 yen! I was lured in by the campaign poster and sat alone at the counter. I ordered the recommended campaign item, black-haired wagyu hormone. There was a manual POP with "How to eat it super deliciously" on the seat, but the manager gave me a simple lesson on how to cook it when it was served. I waited for it to cook while enjoying some tongue and draft beer. The tongue was a bit salty... The hormone, cooked plump and juicy, went well with the beer. I also ordered the staple items of yakiniku, harami and kalbi. I enjoyed casual solo yakiniku. For dessert, I had kasu udon. Thank you for the meal!

I felt like eating hormone, so I decided to go to this place called "Sennichimae Sakaba" which was the closest. It is located along Sennichimae Street and has a long and unique interior layout. First, I toasted with a beer. Let's go in order... - Chanja Speed: a standard menu item. It seemed to have evolved with something like Shirako mixed in, making it delicious with a chewy texture. - Sakura Yukke: Whether it's horse meat or something else, people probably like this form. Definitely had to order it. - Grilled Beef Salted Tongue: The first item is always light. I ate the tongue with lemon juice. When I came to Passionate Hormone after a long time, I noticed various evolutions, including a plate of three condiments: "Wasabi," "Ginger," and "Green Onion." I used to like eating hormone with their boldly flavored miso sauce, but I was curious about the wasabi and ordered it. - Assorted Pork Toro, Hanahana, Maru Chou, Beef Salted Tongue: I ordered a platter of four varieties. Eating with wasabi was delicious. The goodness of wasabi in sushi can also be tasted in meat. - Seseri, Extreme Fatty Hormone, Senmai, Tanmoto, Top Mino, Lip, Fua, Ulte: All delicious. All of them are delicious. The miso sauce after a long time is still addictive. But my favorite is definitely "Ulte." The texture is irresistible. Finally, I thought I would order something light, and it turned out to be the hit of the day!! - Cheese Tteokbokki!!! This... is delicious!! I was surprised. On the night of August 13th, I visited a famous restaurant near Nihonbashi Station in the subway, just a minute's walk from Sen-nichimae towards the Bunraku Theater. It's a chain restaurant specializing in hormone dishes, but what makes it special is the presence of "Okān" (mom in Japanese). She wears a nametag that says "Okān" and is really attentive. Even from a distance, she can hear your order clearly, and when the grill is sizzling, she'll bring you ice with a cheerful "Here's some ice!" The taste of the meat is decent, with a variety of hormone options that will please hormone lovers. At first, you might find it a bit off-putting, but those who fall for Okān's charm may end up becoming regulars at this place. I, too, am completely captivated by Okān (laughs). There used to be just a yellow tent serving basic "Sennichimae Horumon" around here... but now there are more yakiniku restaurants popping up. It seems like it's part of the "Goen" group, which is turning various shops into the "Jounetsu Sakaba" chain. The meat is delicious as usual. I prefer eating it with the sauce as is. It's a rare place where you can drink "Hoppy" cold at "Sanrei".

Today we felt like having yakiniku, so we came with a friend to Passionate Horumon! It's a chain restaurant, so we thought we would just eat a moderate amount, but the horumon here was surprisingly delicious! It was so fresh and chewy! Being fresh, it had a sweet flavor from the fat, and the texture was amazing! I highly recommend the black horumon, made from black wagyu beef. It was incredibly chewy and had a great flavor from the fat. When we asked the staff for eating tips, the deliciousness doubled! You should definitely go to the restaurant and try it for yourself! I recommend going with friends!

I don't remember how many years ago it was, but I visited the Passion Hormone restaurant when the sign was not red like it is now (it used to be yellow). At that time, there was a specialty called "okan" and the staff at the restaurant were very kind and taught me how to cook it deliciously and when it was ready to eat. It was my first time trying the "shibire" part, and it was delicious! I had never really eaten hormone before, so I was surprised by how good it was. There were many other things I tried for the first time, but I got hooked on "shibire". Recently, there is a Passion Hormone restaurant near my home, but it's not the same. When I went to Nihonbashi to try it, it was delicious. It may be just my perception, but the restaurant in Nihonbashi feels special somehow. Why not try comparing them? Maybe it's just me...

Passion Hormone is more delicious than mediocre yakiniku. Many people say it's just a chain, but to me, it's really tasty. Thinking that expensive means tasty is just a misconception. My favorite restaurant has tender meat, flavorful sauce, and a great atmosphere. Most importantly, the "okan" (motherly figure at the restaurant) is the best. I love passion-based places, but the "okan" at this restaurant is the best. It's fun, the service is great, and even if you go alone, the "okan" will keep you company, making it enjoyable and delicious. I visit this restaurant at least once a month.

This chain restaurant is reasonably delicious and convenient. I often stop by alone as it's near my home. The staff, especially the famous "okan" lady, provides great service with a fun attitude. She may have some quirks that not everyone likes, but I think she's great. The mixed hormone set is a good deal, and when ordering for two, they usually give you six types instead of the usual three in other chain stores. Even when it's crowded and you have to wait outside, they are considerate and often engage in friendly conversation. I think I like the people here more than the restaurant itself, haha. Despite other hormone places nearby, this one has become my favorite.
