Originally a local fruit shop called 'Ikado,' it was opened about 10 years ago to prevent young people from drifting away from fruits, and it has been a big hit ever since, leading to the opening of multiple branches. This history is somewhat similar to 'Fruit Garden Shin-San' in Saga City, which also offers popular parfaits. When I visited the store, it was close to 5 pm, and there were still many customers enjoying parfaits and other treats. The location is along National Route 3, with a few parking spaces in front of the store, and they also rent space in a monthly parking lot, making it convenient for customers. Despite the late hour when I visited, there were still many customers, and it was quite busy. Therefore, it was a bit disappointing when I couldn't find what I was looking for. When I asked if they had any fruit sandwiches left, a young female employee nearby gave a somewhat cold response, saying, "If it's not on display, we don't have any." It may be understandable that they couldn't keep track of inventory, but such a response made me feel a bit awkward for asking. Nevertheless, I noticed one sandwich left at the corner of the showcase. Although I hesitated because there was only one left, I decided to buy it when I saw the price, even though it was a bit expensive. The male employee who served me was polite and even offered to include a cooling pack with the purchase, which I appreciated. The fruit sandwich was delicious, with a variety of fruits including pineapple, grapes, kiwi, orange, and apple. The kiwi and orange didn't have a strong taste of sweetness or acidity, but overall, the fruits were of high quality. The price may have been a bit high, but the quality of the fruits and the expertise of the store in handling them made it worth it."

My family member who is currently recovering loves Kyoho grapes. Even though it's not the season for Kyoho grapes in April, I wanted to get some for them. I called several fruit stores in Yawata Nishi-ku and nearby areas, but they all said they didn't have any. Then, I suddenly remembered this place and decided to inquire. To my surprise, they had them! I was shocked. And when I asked about the price, I was even more surprised. A bunch of Kyoho grapes cost 4,800 yen before tax, which is 5,184 yen after tax. I was tempted by the parfait on the menu at the store, but I didn't have time before work so I had to pass. When I got home and looked at the grapes, they were big and looked delicious. I tried to pick one off while carrying them or washing them or taking photos, but not a single one fell off. It's not that they were hard to pick, but I was happy that they stayed on so well. I even tried shaking them vigorously while washing them, but they still didn't fall off. The taste was as the store person described - sweet and delicious. Although they were expensive, it was a really good purchase.

When I visited in the spring and couldn't forget the deliciousness, I traveled all the way to Moji to eat the parfait (lol). This time, I ordered the "Premium Share Parfait," "Shizuoka Melon," and "Mixed." The "Premium Share Parfait" is pricey at 2800 yen, but it comes in a melon half filled with a generous amount of fruits and ice cream (о´∀`о) Highly recommended for fruit lovers! Honestly, if you're going to order the "Mixed," you should splurge on the "Premium Share Parfait"! The "Shizuoka Melon" was irresistible for a melon lover like me (^^;) I bought "Shine Muscat," "Shizuoka Melon," and "Okayama White Peach" as souvenirs and returned home satisfied with a great drive (lol).

Located in Nakamachi, Moji-ku, Kitakyushu City. This is the flagship store of a famous fruit parlor representing Kitakyushu. They do not deal with cheap fruits, yet they have managed to expand their stores to places like Riverwalk and Moji Port, which is impressive. Their popular parfaits vary depending on the season. The showcase displays tarts and fruit sandwiches. The main store offers lunch sets including options like panini and hashed beef rice, which come with today's soup, mini salad, cut fruits, and a drink. Of course, you can also order items individually. This time, I ordered the panini with prosciutto and camembert (638 yen). The panini had a rich camembert cheese and was served with mentaiko mayonnaise sauce. The prosciutto wasn't very prominent, but the combination of the spicy mentaiko mayo, the sweet and sour fresh tomatoes, and the soft panini was delicious. The vegetables were fresh and tasty, just like the fruits - of Mooon quality. It's a mystery that the Otemachi store is official, but the main store is not. Thank you for the meal.

I was happy to see that mooon had a spacious parking lot when I went shopping for offerings for the Bon festival. I was thinking of getting a parfait as well, but I wasn't confident about eating it alone... haha. However, I was hungry so I decided to try the Panini A set for 880 yen. I didn't know that mooon served lunch, but the Panini, juice, and fruits were all delicious. I thought it was a hidden gem as I leisurely enjoyed my meal. You can choose from 4 types of Panini, and this time I chose the "Salmon x Avocado" with homemade basil sauce. The fruit sandwich also looked delicious, so I will definitely come back again! Mixed Mini Tart 486 yen. When I saw the name of this shop on Tabelog, I thought "Sohonzan" was "Sohonzan" and was like "Oh!" That was a mistake. The inside of the shop is full of fruits. However, it is quite difficult to eat neatly without dropping any fruits. They accept PayPay. They were selling watermelons, but they do not accept Suica.

It was around 1200 yen! It was very sweet and delicious peach. The ice cream was light and went well with the fruits. It was very soothing. They also have a lot of dried fruits, so I bought some dried mango to take home.

These days when I miss eating out, I remembered the delicious fruits. I had moon's parfait in Moji Port before, so this time I went to the main store! There is a parking lot in front of and behind the shop. When you enter the shop, you are greeted by a variety of fruits. The showcase displays cute boxed cakes. I ordered a mixed parfait, boxed cake, strawberry juice, and coffee. The interior of the shop is lovely with white tables and chairs. I enjoyed eating various fruits in the parfait. The strawberry juice could have been a bit more intense. After eating, I did some shopping and tried various fruits. The fruits in the parfait faded in comparison, but I was recommended a citrus fruit called "Setoka" which was sweet and delicious. The apples were also surprisingly tasty. Eating a delicious parfait in the shop, sampling delicious fruits, and buying some to take home was wonderful.

I had a Miyazaki mango parfait and a melon & citrus parfait! The mango was very ripe and sweet, very delicious. Surprisingly, even though it was Miyazaki mango, it was only 1000 yen! Moji store is a rare visit for me in recent years. If you go straight on Route 3 past Moji Station towards Kokura, you will find the store on your right. The parking lot in front of the store is always full, and there is a lot of traffic, so I didn't visit this place often, but it seems that a parking lot has been created a little further away recently.
