I ordered the Taoka Mori large portion. It seems that on September 10th, the Miyanosawa branch was celebrating its 10th anniversary, so the Abura Soba was almost half price. The Taoka Mori is usually 1100 yen. The onsen tamago (hot spring egg) really makes it delicious. I also tried Zangi for the first time and it was surprisingly tasty. Thank you for the meal.

It's been a long time, Taoka-san! About 5.6 years! However, it was still delicious as ever. The taste transforms depending on the amount of vinegar and chili oil! Start by eating it as instructed! Then, gradually change the taste as you eat more! You can freely change the taste by adding more vinegar and chili oil, or even grinding sesame seeds... There is also pepper and garlic, so you can enjoy changing the taste as you like! A fascinating food that you can enjoy until the last bite ❤️. I added a lot of garlic and ended up smelling like it on my way back. The Miyanosawa branch is quite spacious with a large number of seats, making it family-friendly! The children's forks are thin plastic, and one broke easily when my child bit into it. It would be reassuring for parents if they could provide something different! ☝️POINT: Prepayment for food tickets leads to a good turnover rate! Rich variety of toppings to create your own favorite oil soba! Special offers like half-price for new students and other limited-time deals! KIDS POINT: Two child seats without belts. Today, I was lured by the warmth and decided to take out my bike from the storage room for the first time in about 5 months. The warm weather didn't require gloves, it feels like spring even though the cherry blossoms aren't blooming yet. Riding towards Miyanosawa area was easy because it's mostly downhill. However, there was an unexpected obstacle - a crossroad that I couldn't cross with my bike, so I had to take a detour. I arrived at the restaurant around 11:10 AM, with only one other customer there. I bought a vegetable mix and double portion at the ticket machine for 900 yen including tax, which felt a bit expensive. I handed the ticket to the counter and waited for my order. When the bowl was served in front of me, I was surprised by the small portion and thin slices of pork that looked more like ham. The noodles were overcooked and slightly disappointing. Despite the high ratings of the restaurant, I felt disappointed even before tasting the food. As I started eating, I flipped the noodles to check the condition. Without adding anything, it was okay but the noodles were too soft. I tried adding vinegar, then chili oil, and finally garlic to enhance the flavor. It became more enjoyable, but I still got bored halfway through. I finished the bowl, but I realized that I prefer soup noodles over this dry version. The flavor was a bit limited, and it didn't satisfy my taste buds as much as I had hoped.

This is my first time at the shop in Miyanosawa. The inside is spacious and there are many families dining here. You can get a free egg topping and upgrade to a large portion, but I decided to stick with the regular size because I don't want to upgrade my body to something dangerous. The prices for the basic oil noodles with toppings and the set with toppings included are the same, so there's no need to worry about which one is more cost-effective at the ticket machine. I believe that most noodles taste delicious when mixed with egg yolk, so I pressed the button for the egg topping and waited for about 10 minutes. I mixed in vinegar as recommended by the shop, circled twice, and added a bit more chili oil, circled twice again, and mixed it all together. It was delicious! The unique, sticky texture was great. Mixing in the egg yolk increased the richness of the flavor while also making it milder and even more delicious. For more flavor variations, I added more chili oil, then some ground sesame, and finally some garlic. Each addition was flavorful and delicious! This is definitely something I could get addicted to. Thank you for the meal!

I had been interested in this place for a while, but finally had the chance to visit today since I had some errands nearby. I ordered the basic normal abura soba. I have tried Taiwan maze soba in Nagoya before, so I was curious to see how it would be different. Here, they only provide sauce with noodles and toppings, and they give you instructions on how to eat it on a chart - you should first pour vinegar, then chili oil, and enjoy it while adding garlic, sesame, etc. to your liking. In Taiwan maze soba, you mix rice with the remaining broth at the end, but here, there was no broth left. In fact, it said on the chart that if there's no broth left, it means you've mixed it well (laughs). Personally, I wanted some broth left (laughs). I wanted to mix rice with the remaining broth. But overall, it was delicious. They also had Taiwan maze soba as a limited menu item, so I think I'll try that next time. Thank you for the meal!

I wanted to eat oil ramen after a long time, so I visited the restaurant. This time, I ordered double portion of ramen with egg, half portion of rice, and added toppings of mayonnaise and seasoned back oil. When I tried to order a half portion of rice, I couldn't find the option for a large portion on the ticket machine. I thought maybe the double portion was actually the large portion, so I pressed the double portion button. However, when I looked at the menu after sitting down, I saw that the regular and large portions were the same price, while the double portion was an additional cost. I realized I might not be able to finish it all. The bowl arrived with a double portion of noodles (2 servings) and half portion of rice. And so, the food battle began. In the end, I managed to finish it all, but I vowed to only order a large portion next time to avoid overeating. The limited seasoned back oil went well with both the rice and noodles, making it delicious. It's good with rice or noodles. This review serves as a reminder to myself to remember this for my next visit.

"Vegetable platter please!" "I'll order at the ticket machine." You can choose regular or large size, and regular is ordered verbally. Is the large size free? Mix well while scraping out the soup at the bottom. It tasted just as I imagined. For a change in flavor, vinegar? I added it and it was a good match. I added quite a bit. Even the regular size had a satisfying volume. There were a few families at the family restaurant-style table seats. The taste was consistent and I would like to use it again casually. Thank you for the meal! ♪

I finally tried oil soba. It's a unique type of ramen where you mix vinegar and chili oil with the noodles. It's not quite ramen, nor is it tsukemen or maze soba. The noodles are oily, with even more oil from the chili oil. It's definitely a matter of personal preference whether you like it or not. The toppings are menma and chashu. The atmosphere is not bad, but I think I prefer regular ramen.

Oil soba with vegetable topping for 720 yen with an extra spicy level of 2 for 50 yen. Located along Route 5, I stopped by on my way home from work for dinner. The restaurant, called "Taoka", had a spacious parking lot with room for 12 cars. I purchased my meal ticket from the vending machine, which offered a variety of customization options. It was a bit challenging to decide, so I let the customer behind me go first while I studied the menu next to me. The oil soba with vegetable topping came with a free upgrade to a larger portion, but the regular size was already quite generous. The presentation was a bit messy with scattered cabbage and bean sprouts, but the noodles were cooked just right and had a nice chewy texture. I mixed in the chashu pork, green onions, and bamboo shoots, and added vinegar and spicy oil to enhance the flavor. The chashu pork was a bit thin and got lost in the mix, but the overall combination was delicious. The separate dish of "spicy soul" had a mix of chili oil and various types of chili peppers, providing a satisfying level of heat without overpowering the taste. I'll have to try the extra spicy level next time. It was a tasty meal. Thank you for the meal.

After a year and three months, I went to Taoka Ramen! This time, I tried the "Oni Mori" which costs 820 yen. I added toppings such as a warm egg for 70 yen, green onions for 50 yen, and bamboo shoots for 50 yen, making it a total of 990 yen. The "Oni Mori" comes with 3 servings of noodles, which is quite intense! I poured sesame seeds and vinegar around the bowl, added the toppings generously, sprinkled sesame seeds and chili powder on top, and mixed it all together. The combination of sesame seeds and vinegar was perfect, enhancing the flavor. The texture of the bamboo shoots and green onions added a nice touch, while the warm egg brought a mildness to the dish. The volume of the "Oni Mori" was substantial, but the richness of the broth made it easy to finish. Despite the amount, I didn't feel heavy or bloated afterwards, which was a relief. Overall, it was a satisfying meal!

Sometimes I have a sudden craving for Abura Soba, so I headed to my usual spot, Taoka. Normally, I order the regular size with an egg, but this time I was really hungry so I went for the double portion challenge, which apparently comes with two servings of noodles. And of course, I topped it off with the classic mayonnaise. When the bowl arrived, it didn't look that different at first glance, but when I lifted the noodles to mix them, the weight was unbelievable. I dug in with determination. The seasoning was the reliable Taoka flavor, always delicious no matter when you eat it. About halfway through, I added extra garlic for a change in taste. Then, after a few more bites, I finished with the mayonnaise for a final flavor boost. It was so delicious that I didn't even feel too full or spicy, and I managed to finish the whole thing. While I think the double portion was worth it, I can't help but worry about the calories and other factors, so I promised myself to limit the double portion challenge to once every few visits.

Today's lunch was at the ramen shop Taoka Miyazawa, specializing in oil soba. I had never been a fan of oil soba before, as I associated it with junk food, but a friend highly recommended it so I decided to give it a try. I entered the shop and spent a few minutes looking at the menu on the ticket machine. I ordered the oil soba (regular size) with a topping of a hot spring egg. The food arrived within minutes of ordering! The presentation was very simple. Since there was no soup, I couldn't imagine the taste. There were instructions on how to eat the oil soba posted, so I followed them. I poured vinegar and chili oil, then mixed it all together. There was already a bit of sauce at the bottom of the noodles. After mixing it, I tried it. The soy sauce base was evident, but the taste was indescribable. Despite adding more vinegar, the flavor didn't change much. So I added more vinegar! The taste got a bit punchier, but the elusive deliciousness was still hard to express. Towards the end, I mixed in the hot spring egg for a flavor change. The egg added a bit of richness. Even though I couldn't describe the taste, the desire to eat it again emerged, especially with the egg mixed in. I also felt like having jasmine tea. It was indeed a delicious junk food experience!

On a regular day around 4:30 pm, I was craving noodles - ramen, pasta, or soba. I noticed a yellow restaurant with only two cars parked outside. It seemed like a ramen place but had a name like a soba shop. I decided to give it a try since it wasn't crowded. I ordered the oil soba, which I had never tried before, and opted for the large size. I struggled with the ticket machine but managed to order. The oil soba came with chashu, menma, seaweed, and green onions. The noodles had a soy sauce flavor and were quite tasty even without mixing the toppings. I followed the instructions on how to mix everything and added sesame seeds and chili flakes for extra flavor. The large portion was just right, but I started to get a bit tired of the strong taste towards the end. Overall, it was a good meal for the price, and I noticed they had a variety of side dishes and discounts available. I'll do some research next time before visiting again. It's no wonder this place is popular with so many repeat customers.

It's been a while since I had the Abura Soba at Taoka Ramen. Couldn't decide between the ramen and abura soba, but since it's winter and they have the limited-time free soup, I decided to go for Taoka. I ordered the extra egg topping. As soon as it arrived, I added vinegar three times around the bowl and chili oil 1.5 times, then mixed it all up. I emulsified the onsen egg, vinegar, and chili oil. I finely chopped the pork shoulder chashu with chopsticks to make it easier to eat. I think enjoying each dish in your own way is the Taoka style. I remember asking for a ladle before and getting turned down (laughs). The cost performance is good, so I just enjoy eating heartily without worrying about the small things. Finally, I poured the soup from the pot into the bowl, adding the leftover chashu and green onions, then mixing in sesame and special mustard before pouring it into my stomach. The free soup with a rich dashi flavor is quite delicious. The service was polite and I had a pleasant lunch. Thank you for the meal.

Located in the Miyanosawa area along National Route 5, this shop specializes in abura soba (oil noodles). I have tried abura soba at other shops in Sapporo before, but this was my first visit to this particular shop. There is a parking space in front of the shop. The interior is bright and spacious, with counter seats and table seats available. First, you purchase a meal ticket from the ticket machine. The menu mainly consists of abura soba, but there are also limited quantities of "Taiwanese mixed noodles" and "miso abura soba." The price of the abura soba varies depending on the toppings, but opting for a large serving doesn't increase the cost, making it a good deal. This time, I ordered the default "abura soba (620 yen)" in a large serving. It was ready in about 8 minutes. The abura soba came with green onions, menma (bamboo shoots), homemade chashu (roast pork), and nori (seaweed). I mixed in the chili oil and vinegar before eating, and the noodles had a chewy texture with a not-too-heavy sauce, making it delicious. The large serving was quite filling, and considering the reasonable price, this shop is recommended for when you crave abura soba.

I went to Ramen Alley after visiting Shiroi Koibito Park. This time I ordered the large portion of oil ramen for 620 yen and added a hot spring egg for 70 yen. There are so many toppings to choose from that it always takes me a while to decide! This time I kept it simple. The portion was generous and the cost performance was good. I will definitely visit again! Thank you for the meal!

I have visited this place several times, but this is my first post. I remember the first time I tried abura soba here, I was so impressed by how delicious it was. I cursed myself for not trying it sooner. This time, I ordered the regular size with extra egg and topped with mayonnaise. I mixed in vinegar and chili oil, and it was a sinful taste with the rich sauce coating the egg. I added garlic from the table halfway through to add an extra layer of guilt. There's no way it could be anything but delicious. Finally, I topped it off with a little more mayonnaise and mixed it in. It's a violent combination of calories and cholesterol. I felt like I found one of the best ways to enjoy abura soba. Please note that this review is written by a mayo lover. I used to order rice with the regular size before and it was quite filling, so this time I only ordered noodles and it was a bit lacking. Next time, I will consider ordering rice or getting the large size.

I ordered the oil soba with extra noodles. I asked for plenty of garlic. The thickness and firmness of the noodles were perfect. I always get nervous about mixing my own sauce with the base sauce, chili oil, and vinegar. It would be great if they could mix it for me. I love this place because I can eat a lot of noodles.

It is a ramen shop with a ticket machine. Compared to Ramen Yamaokay, I found the ticket machine here to be too small and difficult to read. It seems like ticket machines also have different levels depending on the price. The interior is bright and clean, with good maintenance. The restrooms are separated for men and women, making it convenient for female customers. However, during my visit, there were mostly male customers, such as students and businessmen dining in groups of 2-3, which felt a bit lonely. The students seemed a bit geeky. I ordered the "meat topping" ramen, which was quite filling and delicious. The fact that you can freely use sesame seeds is a nice touch. The fried dumplings were just okay, maybe the boiled dumplings would be better. Providing water and tissues at each table is considerate. If I ever crave for oil noodles, I would definitely come back here.

On a certain weekday, during a challenging period in Hokkaido, I finally managed to visit this ramen restaurant in Nishi-ku Minaminozawa 1-jo for lunch between work. The parking lot was usually full or the restaurant was closed, but this time I was able to get in. The interior of the restaurant is spacious with a counter and family-style tables. The background music was an endless sound of a shamisen playing. I decided to order the "Taoka Mori" from the menu and selected the large size for the noodles. The dish arrived, and I followed the instructions to mix in the vinegar and chili oil thoroughly. The first bite was delicious. The noodles were yellow, medium-thick curly noodles with a chewy texture. The sauce at the bottom was soy sauce-based, and mixing it well enhanced the flavor. The toppings included bamboo shoots, green onions, shredded seaweed, and a soft-boiled egg, all complementing each other well. Adding the roasted garlic and spicy mustard brought out more flavors and increased my appetite. Overall, the experience was enjoyable, and I might become addicted to this place. Thank you for the meal.
