※This is a memo. It is a personal record of when, where, what I ate, and drank. For the third stop on our drinking tour in Nishikujo, we visited Naruto-san. On this day, I had: - Highball for 330 yen - Sashimi assortment for 350 yen This place has a strong Showa era vibe, and the interior feels like a time slip, which I really liked. The sashimi assortment was a great deal at 350 yen and was delicious.

The traditional standing bar had elderly regular customers. The landlady was managing everything by herself and seemed very busy. Here is the order: shochu soda, oden, potatoes, fried oysters, and sashimi. Everything was delicious. Wishing you continued good health!

I found this place yesterday ^ ^ Today I have a drinking party in Kujo, but the meeting is at 6:30 pm, so I'll go alone. I got directions to Oichigashira from Nishi-Kujo thanks to the tunnel from the boss at Senkashi, so I'll start from there to Naruto ^ ^ I heard a familiar place name, and while talking to my mom, I found out that she's from Naruto. She can't go back to Tokushima because of Corona, so she can't even visit her family grave. She goes back every year (；∀；) While talking about that, I enjoyed some sake and Tomachuu ✨ It felt like I was at a relative's house. I really like Nishi-Kujo‼️ Kobayashi, Senkashi, Naruto, three great places in a row ^ ^ I'm totally hooked (･`ω´･(-`ω´-)ｳﾝ(･`ω´･(-`ω´-)ｳﾝ Next month, I'll be at FUSE from 7 pm ^ ^ Before that, I'm thinking of coming to Nishi-Kujo alone ❤️

[Tue, July 13, 2010] □ Naruto Theme: ♪ Restaurant Osaka City Konohana Ward Nishi Kujo 2-5-19 I went to Naruto and visited a takoyaki restaurant called Shio-san, located next to it. The curtain at the entrance has a nice feel to it. The interior of the restaurant looks like this. First, we had beer and a platter of tempura. We also tried the grated radish with sand liver and ponzu sauce. I heard that a family member works at the Asian restaurant CHOWK in Fukushima, which made me feel a sense of closeness just by the mention of Fukushima. Next, we went to Hanai Ramen shop.

Crossing the Anjikawa Tunnel and arriving near Nishikujo Station on the Osaka Loop Line in the bright daylight, you'll find yourself in a pretty deep area. It almost feels like you're at the entrance to USJ. If you're a curious tourist heading to USJ, I wouldn't recommend getting off here. Instead, head to this restaurant while it's still light out and order a large beer for 500 yen. It's not super cheap, but the oden and kushikatsu are only 100 yen each, so it's worth it. I had the thick tofu and bamboo shoots oden for a total of 200 yen, and with the beer, the bill came to 700 yen. It wasn't really a place to linger, though.
