Fashion building, Paruko, I'm heading there~❤︎ Of course, I'm not interested in fashion at all. My unique fashion sense keeps the staff away♫ Instead, I'll be frequenting the restaurant area on the upper floor of Hands from now on♫ Today, I felt like having tonkatsu so I chose this restaurant "Katsuki." The spacious interior with clean and well-spaced tables creates a pleasant atmosphere. The female staff members are working hard to provide excellent service. Now that it's not too crowded yet, I settled down comfortably and checked the menu. The "Special Lunch Menu" (see details in the photo) includes the following recommended lunch options at this restaurant:
- Ladies Lunch 1380 yen
- Four-Element Pork Rib Roast Lunch 1580 yen
- Angel Shrimp and Roast Fillet Comparison Lunch 1780 yen
- Four-Element Pork Loin Cutlet with Plenty of Demi-Glace Sauce 1580 yen
Of course, white rice, sixteen-grain rice, miso soup with clams, and cabbage are all-you-can-eat~♫ As for me, I'm a bit different, so I ordered the "Special Four-Element Pork Loin Cutlet Set - Extra Thick 200g" for 1980 yen♫ After a while, a sesame mortar and pestle, miso soup with clams, rice were served. Additionally, cabbage dressing, mustard, ripe tomato, and a fruity secret sauce with a fragrance reminiscent of a high-class ryokan room (I'm praising it. But you'll understand once you taste it♫) were brought to the table. By the way, I had multiple refills of the miso soup, and each time it was full of ingredients that warmed my sake-drinking heart♫ Delicious♫ They also pay attention to their tea, blending it with Kawarake Tsukemei, a member of the Ebisu grass family. When they say that, the aroma is good and it tastes delicious~♫ Give me more♫ And then, the main dish, the special four-element pork loin cutlet, arrived. It's huge~‼︎ I thought it would get wider as the grams increased, but it got thicker. As stated in the menu, eating five thick and large pieces of this requires a lot of confidence in the quality of the meat. First bite. The tender loin cutlet is so soft♫ Despite being thick, you can cut it without exerting much force on your teeth. Delicious♫ And the way the batter is fried is amazing♫ They use 100% vegetable oil mainly made of corn oil, making me feel healthy somehow♫ It's crispy, and the edges of the batter are sweet and incredibly tasty♫ Of course, it's a waste to eat it in one bite, so I eat it in about three bites, but the batter doesn't fall apart, which is amazing. I guess it's because they cook it carefully♫ I had extra rice and cabbage and I'm super full♫ Before tax, it's 1800 yen. Well, with this quality and satisfaction, it's actually cheap! Thank you for letting me eat something delicious in these times♫
