I made a reservation and purchased in the evening. I chose plain and kinako flavors! I got them freshly made! They were super chewy even after I got home! The slightly sweet dough was irresistible. This bagel specialty shop opened in March of this year. It is a 20-minute walk from the nearest Umejima Station, and when aiming for Seikatsu Saikan HIT, you will see a yellow building. The flag of bagels is also a sign. The curious name of the shop comes from the initials of the owner's child's name. The bagels lined up are all small in size with a light brown color. The prices range from around 300 yen to 400 yen, which felt a bit high. I had reserved a plain bagel in advance on Instagram, but when I visited at 12:00 on the opening day at 11:30, they had forgotten about the reservation and the plain bagels were already sold out! However, the person baking the bagels apologized and then brought out a plain bagel that had been frozen from the day before... which I ended up purchasing. I asked for it to be warmed up. The warmed bagel had a moist crust, a chewy and slightly powdery crumb, and a slightly sweet dough. As you chew, it becomes more chewy. The staff were kind and had lovely smiles, so I felt a little disappointed...
