This is a cafe located inside the M2F PARCO and HIS. When you think of HIS, you think of a travel agency, but this cafe has a library-like atmosphere with travel-related books where you can freely read while enjoying your coffee or tea. The cafe operates on a one-drink system, offering coffee, tea, juice, as well as sweets like s'mores and muffins. They also sell overseas goods, giving the cafe a tropical vibe. I ordered a coffee and a s'more (seasalt) and headed to the cafe space. The s'more was a sweet treat with marshmallow sandwiched between shortbread, although it seemed a bit unhealthy. It was my first time trying this dessert and it paired well with the coffee. The books were more like travel essays with photos, allowing you to immerse yourself in the travel atmosphere while relaxing in the cafe, making it a rare and unique space.

While strolling around Parco, I happened to come across a cafe called HIS where you can also make travel arrangements. Even though it's labeled as a cafe, it seemed like more than half of the people were there to plan their trips. It's a great place to sip tea and decide on your travels! The cafe menu was also extensive, making it a nice spot to just hang out and enjoy.

I found the H.I.S the room of journey cafe in Ikebukuro. It's a new cafe on the second floor of PARCO. I was exhausted from shopping, so I decided to visit this cafe with my friend who loves to travel. It's so cute from the entrance. First, we ordered our drinks at the entrance. There are several H.I.S staff members sitting with their computers in the back, so you can also consult about your travel plans. If there are empty tables, you can relax and spend some alone time while looking at brochures. There is also a kids' room, so if you have children, they can play there. The food menu has a few snacks. I tried a cookie sandwich with marshmallows, and it was soft and chewy, a new texture! It was delicious. I wished they had more light meals, but maybe having just this much is good to prevent people from staying too long. I ordered the Tropical Honey Tea for my drink. It's made with honey from Hawaii and served in a cute bear-shaped honey container that you often see in Hawaii. It looks so Instagrammable! If you don't need the bear container, you can get a 50 yen discount and have a regular plastic cup instead. This cafe seems perfect for taking a break alone or planning a trip with your family or friends.

I found out through my follower's information that a new cafe had opened, so I decided to stop by when I was in the area. It is located near Ikebukuro Station, on the east side of Parco, and you can find it by going up to the second floor. This cafe is actually run by HIS and is attached to a travel consultation shop. They offer free Wi-Fi, and their menu includes coffee, soft drinks, and sweets. I tried a sample of their Smore, a marshmallow sandwiched between thin cookies, and it was delicious. I ordered a hot coffee for 350 yen, made with fair trade beans blended from Brazil and Argentina. It had a rich flavor and was quite satisfying. The cafe seating area has a lovely atmosphere. Even though I didn't use the travel consultation service, I felt comfortable just using the cafe.

At the Ikebukuro Parco Flying Tiger, a cafe with H.I.S. was opened on the second floor. This is H.I.S.'s first self-operated cafe. The H.I.S. on the sixth floor has been relocated and renovated. There are many travel reception counters and a kids' play area, making it a spacious space. There is a cafe space at the back, which can also be used separately. There is also wifi and power outlets available. There are two box seats and one long table that can accommodate about 16 people. I had a latte for 450 yen, which came with a nice lid.

The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable.

The power was on and it was a lifesaver, but I couldn't drink all the lemonade. Maybe soda is necessary. It might be good for planning a leisurely trip.
