I visited Amy Sandwich at the Lumine Shinjuku basement second floor for breakfast on a Saturday around 8:30 am. The place was not crowded, probably because it is directly connected to the station. This time, I bought the An Butter Sandwich supervised by Usamogu. The mixture of coarse red bean paste and smooth red bean paste had a great texture and a delicious taste that wasn't too sweet. The Calpis fermented butter was also smooth and paired well with the red bean paste. The bread had a nice crunch and was soaked with butter underneath, which was impressive. There was also a sprinkling of salt on top, which was the best part. The salt wasn't too strong and complemented the sweetness, adding a nice accent to the flavor. The sandwich had a good amount of red bean paste, satisfying to eat and never boring. The staff were very friendly and polite, and when I mentioned wanting to use the eat-in space, they kindly directed me to a comfortable seating area at the back. Both the taste and service at this shop were wonderful, so I would like to visit again.

In a fairytale-like lineup, I found a salt bread. When I stopped by LUMINE, I saw a bakery I wasn't familiar with. Maybe because I haven't been here recently or because I just wanted to grab something near the entrance, I don't know, but nice to meet you. They also had salt bread, so I decided to buy it. The cute sandwiches are not suitable for carrying around, and it's too crowded with girls inside for eating in. The salt bread is really good, with a strong flavor of rock salt and a generous amount of butter inside. It's cheap and delicious. It would probably be even better if I reheated it. I'll definitely come back again.

I went to a shop in the Lumine underground mall right after exiting the ticket gate of Shinjuku Station on the Toei Subway Shinjuku Line. It was my first time there. They had a wide variety of breads and sandwiches. On that day, I bought a salt bread for 173 yen. The salt flavor was strong and it was a very delicious salt bread.

I tried the sweet chili shrimp cutlet sandwich with an iced latte set. The set drink is 50 yen off the regular price. The total was 846 yen. The sandwich had moist soft white bread, crispy shrimp cutlet, and watercress. It was small but satisfying in both volume and taste. The latte had a strong coffee flavor, which I liked. Found a good spot, will definitely go back.

The standout feature of this shop is the beautiful and cute appearance of each sandwich. The sandwiches are light in flavor, the cutlet sandwiches are hearty, and the sweets are not too sweet, making them perfect for women. The sandwiches are generously filled, and the homemade bread is delicious. I chose the recommended homemade tuna and shiso sandwich. It was filled with plenty of tuna mayo and shiso, with generous amounts of okra. The crispy lettuce added a salad-like freshness. The "Teritama" sandwich, the second most popular item, is made with sweet teriyaki chicken, boiled egg, and lettuce, offering a luxurious and satisfyingly thick sandwich. The homemade Sakura bean bagel was incredibly moist and flavorful, with a smooth and sweet sakura bean paste. It was a spring limited edition item, but I hope they keep it year-round. Overall, the bagels were top-notch, and I am now a fan of their bagels over their sandwiches. I used to be obsessed with exploring various famous and hidden gem bakeries before starting Instagram, and even looking back, these bagels are among the best I've ever had. I definitely want to try their other flavors of bagels as well.

I visited during snack time and had the following: Seasonal fruit sandwich (strawberry) ¥594, Iced coffee S ¥302 *-¥50 for a drink set. You can also get a -¥50 discount for purchasing a sandwich or bread with a drink set, except for the Amy salt bread. By the way, you can also change from milk to soy milk for drinks like cafe latte, caramel latte, and hazelnut latte. I chose a simple iced coffee to go with the sweet fruit sandwich. The cream in the fruit sandwich here is not too sweet, making it easy to eat. I really like fruit sandwiches with delicious bread! They also have a classic fruit sandwich for ¥500+tax. The coffee here is said to be slightly bitter. Many people also get takeout. The counter seats are good for a quick bite, but the eat-in space is convenient! Thank you for the meal.

We ordered the Teriyaki Tamago Sandwich for ¥430, Anko and Cream Doughnut for ¥259, and a medium Hot Coffee for ¥380 for eat-in. There is a ¥50 discount when you order a drink with food. The Teriyaki Tamago Sandwich is said to be the 2nd most popular item. It was delicious with a sweet teriyaki chicken, boiled egg, and vegetables. The Anko and Cream Doughnut had more cream than red bean paste, so it would be better with a bit more red bean paste. However, it was light and not too heavy, so you could probably eat another one. The taste was good, but the location within Lumine was not great, making it feel uncomfortable. It might be better to take out and enjoy it at home. Although there were a few people eating in, it didn't seem to be full, so it could be a hidden gem if you want to grab a quick bite.
