Mambo Nakano visited Kyobashi after a long time. I thought, "If it's Kyobashi, everyone must be eager and have their shops open!" but it seems like many places are actually closed. In the midst of this, I visited a newly opened yakiniku restaurant in Kyobashi today. Although I'm not as young as I used to be, when someone asks me, "Want to eat yakiniku?" my answer is still, "Let's go!" (laughs) The spacious restaurant had no other customers. I feel bad for the staff, but at least there's no need to worry about crowding. The ordering system is touch-panel, which I'm not very good at. I'm afraid I might accidentally order double the amount. However, according to the staff, "If we take your order directly, the price will be higher. The touch-panel prices are cheaper." In that case, I'll go with the touch-panel. (laughs) I started with two draft beers for 190 yen each. Cheap! This surprising price has become quite common recently. I selected two draft beers, confirmed the order, and pressed the send button. "Thank you!" came a voice from the kitchen. (laughs) "Thank you for sending" service included. (laughs) I ordered some namul platter for 290 yen and napa cabbage kimchi for 190 yen to nibble on. I pressed the send button! "Thank you!" It feels good. (laughs) The kimchi was delicious! I wasn't expecting much from chain restaurant kimchi, but this one had the right balance of sweetness and spiciness, just the way I like it. Now, for the main meat dishes. I decided to go light since I plan to drink more later. I asked for the recommended combination platter: An'an King's 5 types combo for 990 yen (beef tongue, young kalbi, V kalbi, pork belly, chicken thigh) and today's special hormone mix (miso flavor) for 690 yen. They were served in no time. The portions were huge. (laughs) And all this for 990 yen and 690 yen. The cost performance was so amazing that I worried if it was really okay. The sauces on the table included a refreshing sauce (to enjoy a lot of meat without getting tired), a sweet sauce (for children to enjoy), and lemon juice (for salted meat like tongue). I put these in the sauce dish and enjoyed the meal. The meat was grilled on a shichirin grill. Sometimes the fire got too strong, but they provided ice at the beginning, which acted as a fire extinguisher. The meat may not be as good as a specialized yakiniku restaurant, but at this price and portion size, it was no problem at all. Highly recommended for yakiniku lovers, big eaters, and those who prioritize cost performance. Also, the packaged spicy miso sauce on the table was super delicious! It went perfectly with the hormone dishes. It was so good that I almost thought of taking three packs home, but I stopped myself because it would seem too stingy. (laughs) They also had a variety of drinks, including Genki sour and Genki beer. It was so obvious that they were promoting Oronamin C. (laughs) Well... I was very satisfied, but I ended up with a full stomach after just the first stop of my drinking session. (laughs)
