Italian Deli Shinjiro A colleague recommended this place to me, and when I entered, there were many deli options. There are two seats at the counter and a small table for two by the entrance. I ordered a beer and the deli assortment for one person, but when it arrived, I was surprised by the amount. It was definitely more than a single serving. And the price was quite reasonable. Even with just that, I was already full, but I couldn't resist trying the spring rolls, today's special meat (spare ribs), and oil sardines while switching to a highball and wine. The spare ribs were delicious, especially the meat around the bones. I could easily stop by here alone, so I definitely want to visit again. I went to "Shinjiro" right near Takamiya Station and had a drink. This place is a combination of an Italian bar and a deli, so you can't go wrong. They have a variety platter for one person for ¥1,400, crispy assorted pizza for ¥600, daily meat dish for ¥800, and wine starting at ¥600. They have both counter and table seating, making it great for a casual drink. The assorted platter is generous, almost too much!

This is an Italian bar and deli shop that opened near Takamiya Station and Takamiya Post Office. I stopped by here on my way back after having a meal near Takamiya Station. The shop has a few seats, including counter seats where some people were already enjoying wine and appetizers early in the evening. I decided to try their takeout menu, and ordered a platter of 9 assorted deli items, including various types of ham, for 1000 yen. I enjoyed a selection of Parma ham and other hams with wine while cheering for the Olympics at home. The shop is located along Takamiya Street.
