I used this restaurant for a business trip from Tokyo for a gathering with Fukuoka staff. The entrance was hard to find, and we all wandered around in circles. The interior had a luxurious feel as it is located in Nishi Nakasu, but the grilled squid and sashimi assortment were mediocre. In fact, the other dishes were more delicious. The portions of each dish were small, so we had to adjust our orders. There were few choices of alcohol. The cost performance was poor. I don't think I will visit again next time.

The master, who is knowledgeable about seafood, serves exquisite Japanese dishes. Specialties like deep-fried sea bream scales and deep-fried young chicken are unique and delicious. The friendly master even demonstrated how to prepare turban shell. It's a lovely place for a special dining experience that wives and girlfriends would surely enjoy. ^^

When I need to bring important guests, I always choose this place! Tonight, I had the rare "Semi Ebi" which was delicious. I also posted a photo. It's not available every day, so it's better to make a reservation in advance before going! "Ajiro" will fulfill your request for the seafood you want to eat. If you call ahead and request what you want to eat, they might serve it for you!
