We had made a reservation in advance, but it turned out to be unnecessary as there were no customers when we arrived. However, as the evening went on, young female customers and couples started to fill the place, indicating its popularity. The store is brightly lit and clean, with counter seats on the right side and table seats on the left side, totaling 23 seats. They offer five types of parfaits, and we decided to go for the "Princess Belle" and the "Grape and Red Bean Goldfish Bowl" parfaits. We also ordered drinks, which included a variety of soft drinks and an impressive selection of whiskies. The presentation of the parfait was elaborate, with a variety of ingredients that allowed us to enjoy different flavors. The staff recommended mixing it up before eating for the best experience. The "Princess Belle" parfait was beautifully composed, with layers of different textures and flavors. The "Grape and Red Bean Goldfish Bowl" parfait featured a unique presentation with two goldfish swimming in lemon jelly, creating a refreshing and delightful sight. The parfaits all have beautiful appearances, making it hard to choose. I decided on the Flamingo Parfait, which prioritizes appearance. It costs ¥2,280 for just the parfait or ¥2,580 for a set. It has a very elaborate appearance with a rich variety of ingredients. The ruby chocolate and cassis sorbet base gives it a strong acidity, perfect for a hot summer day. The lychee espuma with carbonation sealed inside adds an interesting sensation to the tongue. The crispy almond galette provides a nice contrast to the creamy parfait, adding flavor and texture. The hidden kiwi at the bottom is surprisingly sweet, adding a touch of sweetness rather than acidity. I usually enjoy grapes in Okayama, the fruit kingdom, so I didn't order the "grape, red bean, and goldfish bowl parfait" this time, but the beauty of its appearance that the person next to me ordered was also impressive.

I had been interested in this restaurant on Instagram. I was prepared to wait in line as it was quite popular. Luckily, there was only one group ahead of us. We were able to enter in about 10 minutes. The menu does not allow photos. There is a one-hour time limit. All the parfaits come with alcohol. There are two parfaits that can be made without alcohol, and I chose the pistachio and chocolate parfait. There was a bug in the center of the parfait - it looked cute and got me excited! Each individual sweet was delicious, and they all came together perfectly in the parfait. My friend's strawberry parfait was also delicious. The price is over 2000 yen with a drink set, so it's a bit pricey, but I think it's worth it. When we left, there was a line all the way down the stairs...

On this day, I tried a parfait made with Fukuoka's Amaou strawberries. It wasn't just sweet, it also had a nice balance of acidity and freshness, making it a sophisticated parfait. The parfait was well put together, each layer stayed intact as I dug in, and there was a surprise element inside. It's a joy to eat♫ A parfait that you can enjoy while eating~ They also serve alcohol at night, truly a night parfait specialty shop. The drink menu is extensive.
