Since isolating myself in the suburban residential area, I rarely go out to the city. I decided to visit two places in the city after a long time, and I chose this place that I had been checking out. I had been eating while drinking quite a bit, so I'll go easy this time. First, I'll start with the classic Angostura Bitters and soda, with about 20 dashes, I like it until it turns bright red. For the finish, I'll go with Pernod and soda, the milky yellow color is perfect. This lineup is great for a refreshing end after drinking too much!

I discovered this bar after it was featured in a local gourmet magazine, "Soigné+." Meeting the owner and bartender, Mr. Tano, was fate as he provided me with valuable information that shaped my nightlife experience. Arriving in Nakasu around 7 pm on a weekend, the city was just starting to wake up. This area, known for attracting beautiful women from all over Kyushu, shone brighter than Susukino or Ginza. Despite my early arrival, there were already a few customers present. It seemed to be a popular spot for hostesses before their shifts. However, the charm of the bartender seemed to be the main draw, as he was friendly and approachable. Although he modestly claimed to not be strong with alcohol, he clearly knew his way around cocktails and shared recommendations freely. Following his advice, I had a fantastic time exploring various bars and truly enhancing my Fukuoka nightlife experience. The bartender's exceptional communication skills, ability to adapt conversations to suit each guest, and engage with multiple customers at once were impressive. I regret not trying more unique cocktails during my brief visit, but I definitely plan to return to this bar the next time I'm in Fukuoka. The city is truly a haven for bar enthusiasts, with a plethora of bars and talented bartenders scattered across various neighborhoods.

The master has the skills of a professional who also competes in national competitions. It is a lovely bar with a cozy and calm atmosphere.
