Workplace exploration series‼️ Visited Yakiniku Hanamizuki in Kishiwada on August 29th, known as "Yakiniku Day." Located down a side street from the main road, this charming restaurant has a rustic atmosphere that adds to its appeal. Starting with the "Salted Tongue" and "Raw Liver," we moved on to the delicious "Harami" and "Filet Mignon," all of which were incredibly tasty. Of course, we couldn't forget the rice on the side! We also had an extra serving of the mouthwatering "Filet Mignon" with garlic sprinkled on top. Even though it wasn't on the menu, they were happy to accommodate our request. Next time, we'll have to try the "Tsurami" and "Ulta" for their unique textures. We left feeling fully satisfied and delighted with the delicious meal. Thank you very much. I finally visited the restaurant I've been wanting to go to for a long time, Hanamizuki! It's located a little off the Isojyo Line, and after parking on the narrow path, I entered the shop. The shop is run by the owner and a young woman, and has a very calm atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed. I started with a bottle of beer and tongue with salt for a toast. I had heard it was delicious, but it far exceeded my imagination and expectations from the first bite. I quickly finished the tongue with salt, and then ordered the garlic hirerose, which is not often heard of. It was a big hit. The hirerose was the star of the day! The tenderness of the hirerose combined with the flavor of the loin, creating a deliciousness that was multiplied by two. The garlic also added a punch to it. I also ordered the skirt, loin, hormone, and yukke, and they were all really delicious. I will definitely be coming back again with my family soon! Thank you for a wonderful time!

This is a shop located just off the main road towards the hospital. It seems to be a private property, so you can park your car wherever you like. The shop has a counter and a tatami area, with an old but charming atmosphere. It looks like it can accommodate around 14 people, making it suitable for casual gatherings. The beef tongue, salted tongue, harami, sirloin, and ribeye were all thick and satisfying. The soup with seaweed and egg was delicious, with a nice sesame flavor. The sausages were also authentic and tasty!
