Banquet hall on the 14th floor of Tobu Spice. It's basically a place for gatherings rather than a typical restaurant, offering space and food for events. This time, we used it for a welcome and farewell party at work. Prices start at 6,000 yen per person with all-you-can-drink included, but they can accommodate various budgets and requests. The interior has bright lighting, calming decorations, and a slightly solemn atmosphere without being too noisy. The view from the large windows is fantastic. The food was all decent, nothing extraordinary. The subtly steamed vegetables were particularly good. They were simply steamed vegetables, but it's not often you can get this much variety of vegetables outside. Overall, the food is gentle on the body, not heavy like typical izakaya fare, so it might be appreciated by women and older guests. It's a versatile place suitable for business meetings, family gatherings, alumni reunions, hobbies, school events, and more. Tobu Spice has undergone a complete renovation and looks much nicer now. It seems like they have changed their lineup, so I'm interested in trying out various options.

It was a gathering of a certain secret society on February 3, 2016. I forgot something important and asked a beautiful secretary to deliver it for me, and she kindly agreed. It would have been perfect if we could have enjoyed it together, but unfortunately, we had to give up due to public scrutiny. After enjoying a wonderful story, I lined up for self-service. The drink was ice oolong tea, and the fried food was what? It was a fish-based "Ankake Tamagoyaki," which was very delicious. What @wani liked the most was the "Seafood Chirashi Sushi," which was incredibly tasty. Very satisfied! "As long as you eat deliciously and feel good, that's all that matters!" Thank you for the meal.

On the 14th floor of Tobu Department Store in Ikebukuro, there is a banquet hall located above the upper floor dining area. Access is limited through an elevator from the station's underground floor, so I took the escalator from the dining area instead. The Spring Party Plan offers three courses: 4000 yen for 8 dishes, 5000 yen for 9 dishes, and 6000 yen for 10 dishes, with the option of an all-you-can-drink plan for 1800 yen or 2200 yen. The banquet can accommodate up to 200 people for a 2-hour event, including consumption tax and service charges, making it easy for the organizer. I attended a banquet with the 4000 yen course and 2200 yen all-you-can-drink option. The appetizers included prosciutto salad, sashimi, pan-fried fish, herb chicken, and pork, served with bottled beer and oolong tea. They also offered wine, whiskey, and shochu. The sushi rolls were popular, and the meal ended with soba noodles and fruits. It felt like a good deal with the all-you-can-drink option.
