I have heard that Japanese people tend to spend less money on entertainment, but you can enjoy an entertainment show that you will want to experience even if it costs money while indulging in alcohol and carefully selected dishes. The menu was created by a bartender who has won world championships, so the cocktails were unlike anything I had ever seen before, and it was fun to choose. I have been there twice, and I can enjoy the same show every time, and it seems that the show changes with each season, so I want to visit every time it changes. Please stop by once. Next to Canal City in Fukuoka, I went to the 2nd floor bar of 010BUILDING. Despite being in the same building, it had a completely different atmosphere from the 1st floor. It was late at night, so we sat in the open space next to the theater. With the music playing, it felt like I was in a bar overseas. It's no surprise, as it's produced by the famous Mr. Kaneko. The counter with a view of the Nakagawa River at night had a great ambiance. Cocktails were around 1500 yen, but I decided to try the original cocktail. The staff was very friendly and even explained the different options to us. The signature cocktail, also named 010, is made with Dutch vodka, sake lees, and mango juice. There was a charge of less than 1000 yen, but we got some snacks too. Mango and rice crackers - a unique combination. I only stayed for a short while, but I didn't mind the atmosphere at all. It seems like a great place to relax, maybe before dinner. It could be a nice spot for a date too. Someone please join me next time! Haha.

I heard that a lovely bar opened near Canal in Fukuoka, so I came to check it out. From the bar, you can see the Nakagawa River and a beautiful night view. The interior is mainly red, making you feel like you're overseas. I heard that at 11:30, the boundary between the bar and the theater room opens up to create a unified space. I'd like to come back to experience that next time. There's also a new Goh store in this building, so I'd like to visit that as well. I took a peek into the theater room too.

The cover charge is 880 yen (tax included). There are many types of cocktails and the menu text is small, plus the dimly lit interior makes it hard to read with my presbyopia. (@@;) My husband, who wears progressive glasses, chose for me. - Moscow Mule (1,540 yen: tax included), "010" (1,430 yen: tax included) - Moscow Mule (1,540 yen: tax included) ... My husband said he could lightly feel the spice, and the bartender told us that they use homemade spices. He also likes that vodka is included. - 010 (1,430 yen: tax included) ... A fusion cocktail of Japan and the Netherlands. It combines Dutch Ketel One vodka, sake lees, and mango, making it delicious and easy to drink. - The charm is rice crackers and senbei. Fukuoka BAR101 is a new entertainment building that combines a bar, restaurant, and club. I visited BAR101 today. It was really cold walking from Nakasu to here along the river. The cocktails were delicious.

Today I visited BAR010 on the 2nd floor of the 010 Building. This 2nd floor, opened in December 2022, houses two establishments - a bar and a theater, making it a popular spot in Fukuoka. You can enjoy drinks while overlooking the Nakagawa River. The background music in the bar includes rhythmic sounds from the adjacent theater. They offer original cocktails, and today I tried the 010 cocktail made with mango. The alcohol content is mild, so even those who don't like strong drinks can enjoy it.
