In October 2021, I revisited a business hotel near Yanagawa Station for work purposes. The hotel has a large communal bath and offers a free breakfast buffet. The breakfast starts at 6:30, which is convenient for my work schedule. It has been about a year since my last stay. I arrived at the breakfast venue around 6:50 and had to wear a mask to enter. The buffet had a relatively limited selection of dishes. I wore plastic gloves provided at the entrance and chose my items to enjoy at a vacant counter seat with partitions. I opted for rice with natto and various side dishes like sausages, fried chicken, yakisoba, tamagoyaki, simmered dish, and dried daikon radish. The sausages were a bit tough but tasty, especially with rice. The fried chicken was soft and delicious, perfect for pairing with rice. The simmered dish was flavorful, and I also enjoyed a salad with cabbage and carrots dressed with sesame dressing. I had miso soup with wakame seaweed and green onions, along with vegetable juice. The natto was delicious, and I finished my meal with coffee in my room. Overall, the complimentary breakfast buffet had a satisfactory variety of dishes. As my work in Kitakyushu is coming to an end, I look forward to enjoying the breakfast buffet again on my next stay.

I used it for a business trip in Itoshima City. It is located about a 1-minute walk from JR Itoshima Station. The price for one night is 3,700 yen including tax (3,100 yen + Fukuoka Prefecture accommodation tax 200 yen + parking fee 300 yen). And they also offer breakfast. I didn't have high expectations, but when I arrived, the room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was a buffet with vegetable salad, macaroni salad, yakisoba, sausages, salted mackerel, omelette, natto, miso soup, and rice. There were also bread and soft drinks. For a complimentary service, the satisfaction level is high! The quality at this price is excellent. I would definitely like to use it again.

I suddenly had to stay at a business hotel near the Yukuhashi Station due to work. I made a reservation online for this business hotel. I was looking forward to it because it has a large public bath and free breakfast buffet. It's reasonably priced too. The breakfast buffet starts at 6:30, which gives me plenty of time to make it to work on time. However, I was a bit worried if the breakfast buffet would be available at this time of year. I arrived at the breakfast venue around 6:30. It seems that the breakfast buffet is being held. Phew... To maintain social distancing, the number of people allowed in the buffet area is limited. I had to wait in line. You can't enter the venue without wearing a mask. The buffet menu was relatively limited. I put on the plastic gloves at the entrance of the buffet area and picked up some food to enjoy at an available counter seat. There were bread, but I decided to go with rice. There was also natto available. The side dishes included sausages, grilled fish, Shanghai-style fried noodles, rolled omelette, simmered konjac, and dried daikon radish. The sausages were delicious as usual. The Shanghai-style fried noodles were tasty with a salty flavor, making it a good side dish for rice. The konjac was also delicious. The salad consisted of cabbage, broccoli, and macaroni salad. I topped it with sesame dressing. The miso soup was also delicious. I also had vegetable juice, which I haven't had in a while. I kept going with the rice. I even had a second helping. Finally, I had a cup of coffee. I managed to finish my meal with ease. I didn't expect to have a breakfast buffet during this delicate time. I truly appreciate the efforts of the hotel staff. I hope they continue to offer this service. I plan to have the breakfast buffet again when I stay here for work in Kitakyushu.
