I was recommended by a local man in Osaka to try the sushi here, so I decided to enter this restaurant with a beautiful exterior. I was a bit worried about the upscale atmosphere (I hope my wallet can handle it...), but when I checked the menu, I was surprised to find that there were many items priced at 1000 yen or less. In addition to sushi, there were also hot pots, Japanese-style appetizers, and a variety of drinks on the menu. However, since I came all the way here, I still wanted to have sushi, so I ordered the "Autumn Aburi Sushi Assortment" (3 pieces for 798 yen). Furthermore, there were sushi options like "fugu" and "nodoguro" that you don't often see at regular conveyor belt sushi restaurants, so I also ordered the "Aburi Nodoguro" (1 piece for 300 yen). About 5 minutes after ordering, the nodoguro arrived. It was lightly seared and topped with grated ponzu. You could tell that they used fresh, not frozen, nodoguro with rich fat content. The umami spread in my mouth, and each bite brought happiness. It was so delicious that I almost felt guilty finishing it in one bite. After that, I waited for about 15 minutes, but the Autumn Aburi Sushi Assortment was not coming, so I called the staff. It seemed like they had forgotten to bring it after making it, and finally, it was brought to me. The service was a bit lacking - for example, another menu item was silently placed on the table before. The assortment had "Aburi Snow Crab", "Aburi Matsutake Mushroom", and "Aburi Salmon Cheese", which was an unexpected lineup for 800 yen! The snow crab was rich and creamy, the salmon in the salmon cheese was thick and fresh, and the matsutake mushroom had a distinct flavor despite being thinly sliced. While the price for one piece may be a bit higher compared to regular sushi restaurants, the delicious quality of the ingredients justifies it, and it was nice to enjoy such great flavors starting from under 1000 yen. I left feeling satisfied and happy that I ate here.
