Hmm, a tofu shop in a place like this?? A tofu shop suddenly appearing in a drinking district. I must have passed by it several times without noticing. A glass of cold soy milk. Smooth and refreshing! It has a clean taste. Feels like drinking delicious tofu. I would love to stop by every morning if it was on my commute. It seems like it would go well with coffee too! I should have bought some tofu... but it was too hot and I didn't feel like carrying it around.

Huh? I passed by once, then turned back. The scenery that entered the corner of my vision was not a mistake (*´∀`)♪ I found a tofu shop in the middle of the city, surprisingly close to Shinbashi Station! I usually buy it at the convenience store and drink it regularly, but tofu milk from a tofu shop is definitely different, right?《Tofu Milk 140 yen》It comes with a secure lid, so you can carry it around without spilling, and it's perfect for drinking on the go like a cafe to-go cup.

There is a tofu shop in Shinbashi. I bought some natto there, not just tofu. The natto comes in a regular pack like in supermarkets. It is made by Ohira Natto in Sumida Ward, Tokyo. It's traditional Tokyo-style natto, with very small beans. It's all natural and not made with genetically modified soybeans. The taste is okay.

Soy milk ¥150. It used to be ¥100 15 years ago, but it's still delicious.

After having lunch at Komatsuya Shokudo in Shinbashi, I had some time to spare so I decided to explore the area leisurely. I stumbled upon a tofu shop in this neighborhood, which was a bit surprising, but their menu also included natto which caught my interest. I tried their soy milk priced at 140 yen. It was labeled as "Chotto Koime Komatsuya no Tofu" at the storefront, indicating that it was a drink that locals could easily enjoy. The soy milk tasted like pure beans with a mild flavor and was easy to drink with minimal aftertaste. Considering the price, it seemed like a healthy and generous portion. I wanted to buy some freshly fried thick tofu or tofu as well, but I had plans for the day, so I decided to save it for another visit. ( ̄ー ̄) Thank you for the meal.

The other day, a tofu shop featured on Jun Odori, a TV show hosted by Junji Takada, was introduced. Many salarymen stop by here to drink soy milk before heading to work. The shop also offers delivery service, with the husband in charge of deliveries and the wife managing the shop. The hardworking wife is not only diligent but also beautiful, which the husband seems to appreciate. I was planning to visit when I had the chance to go to Shinbashi. On this day, I went to Shinbashi for curry and decided to stop by on my way back. Located right near the SL Square in front of Shinbashi Station, I was surprised to find a tofu shop in such a prime location. Despite the convenient location, the prices were surprisingly affordable, with the famous soy milk priced at 140 yen. At 90 yen for fried tofu and 160 yen for regular tofu, the most expensive item was the summer special tofu at 250 yen. I purchased the Men Tofu for 160 yen and tried it at home. It was a delicious tofu with a distinct soybean flavor. It tasted great even with just salt, but its mild flavor made it versatile to pair with any seasoning. It went particularly well with the amber-colored onion dressing. For the size and taste, the price of 160 yen was fantastic. I regret not trying the soy milk as well. Next time I visit Shinbashi, I'll make sure to try the soy milk. Keep up the good work as a happy couple. Thank you for the meal. \(^o^)/

I had lunch at Carne Bar Katete and then took a leisurely stroll around Shimbashi. In the middle of the town, I found a tofu shop called "Komatsuya Shoten" and decided to buy some tofu. Unfortunately, the tofu I wanted was sold out, so I ended up buying "momendofu" instead. I rushed back home to prevent the tofu from losing its flavor. Later in the evening, I prepared a meal using the tofu and other ingredients. The tofu had a smooth texture and a nice balance of soybean flavor and sweetness. It was simple yet delicious. The flavor had diminished a bit due to the travel time from Shimbashi, but it was still enjoyable. The soy sauce added a nice salty contrast to the sweetness of the tofu. Overall, it was a satisfying meal. Thank you, Komatsuya Shoten.

This is a tofu shop located at the first intersection after crossing Brick Street towards Hibiya Street from Shimbashi SL Square. Every morning on my way to work, I buy fresh soy milk (140 yen) here for breakfast. It's freshly made and squeezed, still hot. If you leave it for a while, a film forms on the surface and you can even taste yuba. The richness is incomparable to store-bought soy milk, it's clearly thick and creamy. The natural sweetness of soybeans adds to the deliciousness. Health-conscious people often stop by the shop in the morning. I've seen an old man drink soy milk on the spot. In addition to soy milk, they also sell tofu, thick-fried tofu, natto, and more, as expected from a tofu shop. I recently saw a young woman buying tofu. Maybe she's on a tofu diet. The sign "Tofu 365" means they want people to eat tofu every day of the year. To fulfill that wish, I enjoy delicious soy milk every day.

There is a tofu shop in the Shinbashi area. The shop has a look as if tofu is made there, and they also have soy milk. I bought soy milk for 160 yen and enjoyed it on the spot. The soy milk was rich and had a different taste of soybeans compared to the ones you buy at the supermarket, which was nice.

Located on the first floor of Hiro Building in Shinbashi 2-chome, there is a tofu shop. Intrigued by the mark "365 tofu with Komatsuya tofu for daily meals," I have visited several times but found it sold out. This time, I arrived before 7 am. When I couldn't find it, I asked and they brought it out from the refrigerator. I ordered "silk" for 170 yen and "cotton" for 170 yen, which they put in a free plastic container of 2 blocks size. I also got "a little stronger Komatsuya soy milk" for 150 yen, paid in cash, borrowed alcohol disinfectant, and brought it home among the commuting crowd. For dinner, I had cold tofu. The tofu from the local tofu shop was large and had a rich, soybean flavor with a satisfying texture.

Discovered while on the way to a business meeting!!! A tofu shop in such an unexpected place made me do a double take!!! I couldn't stop thinking about it, so I stopped by on my way back home! Soy milk for 150 yen. It had a taste that I like, with a lingering smell of beans! The cup was plain, so it may have changed from the cute one in the photo... Everyone's so critical, it's quite something.
