ミミュウ
By the time the intoxication had deepened, the bar in Nishi Chuo recommended by my friend was... a James Brown doll? What is this place? As I opened the door to the half-basement-like area down the stairs, I could hear nostalgic soul music playing. The walls were covered with posters, the counter was lined with a variety of alcohol, and there were tons of records! My friend's friend who was with us also loved this kind of music and was thrilled, exclaiming, "This place is amazing!" The super cool master in his 60s, who used to be a disco DJ, said, "I know that song you like from back in the day... oh, the Stylistics'... starts with a '〇〇' right?" When I mentioned the song, he replied, "Got it! I'll play it for you later, so wait for it!" It was enough to make me want to cry with nostalgia. The overall ambiance of the bar was like a hidden treasure at the bottom of the sea, with a blue color scheme. While my friend chatted with their friend, I found myself lost in the atmosphere of the bar, so wonderful that I couldn't help but declare, "Master, I want to work here! I'll work here!" At first, everyone, including the master, just laughed it off, but after a while, the master asked, "Really? You want to work here?" I remember him asking, but I can't recall how I responded. Anyway, for those who used to hang out at places like Calcheratann in their youth, this bar is a must-visit. I definitely want to go back again! Thank you for the wonderful experience!
