The scenery is nice. The appetizer is delicious. The cocktails are so-so... Actually, the recipe is quite wrong. The Sol Cubano should have grapefruit, not lemon. Well, if there's some reason or idea behind it, deliberately not following the recipe, then that's the taste of this place, but the response was indifferent when asked. The conversation with the glasses-wearing, well-built waiter was the most irritating, so I will quote from a Google review. "I love cocktails with fruit, but I was told, 'A man shouldn't drink a cocktail with strawberries (laughs).' I didn't order a strawberry cocktail, but I felt sad. Does gender matter when enjoying cocktails? If you're going to say that, then explain clearly what kind of alcohol men should drink that everyone can agree on. Alcohol should be more free, I think. They also made critical comments about other bars... I will never go there again. Thank you for the meal." There are many more delicious and wonderful restaurants in Nakasu, so it's not worth going out of your way to visit this place. It's a waste of time, money, and effort. This is the first time I've been so unpleasant at a restaurant across all genres, so I wrote freely, but this is just my personal opinion. I sincerely hope that the restaurant will reflect on this review, make improvements, and ensure that no one else has a bad experience. I want to emphasize the importance of being careful with the remarks towards customers. It's at the level where I doubt if they really want to work in customer service.

In Nakasu, there is a famous traditional Japanese restaurant run by a young female proprietor, and her husband is the master of the bar. Accompanied by the young proprietor's father, who is the head chef, I visited this establishment and was greeted by a pleasant aroma as soon as I stepped off the elevator. Upon opening the heavy door, I was met with a massive counter made of a single plank of wood, stretching about three meters in length, which exuded a commanding presence. The lighting and furnishings were coordinated in a way that created a soothing atmosphere. The private booths were designed for either one or two guests, with the individual booths seating four and the shared booth having a sofa against the wall. Through the windows, you could see the lights of the shops in Nishi-Nakasu. This place truly feels like a sophisticated hideaway for adults, and it is a wonderful restaurant.

Visited with a friend, but it seems suitable for groups of up to four people. The atmosphere is calm and stylish, and they made a nice drink based on our preferences. The location of the restaurant is a bit hard to find, but it gives a sense of being in the know when you bring someone there.

The kumquat cocktail was delicious.
