There is a FamilyMart in the concourse of JR Hakata Station. It is very convenient and often crowded. This time, I bought Poket Chicken. It's like McDonald's Chicken Nuggets, 5 pieces for 200 yen. It's a taste that kids would enjoy. If you're hungry, the Family Chicken would probably be more satisfying.

Black Mont Blanc. This is an ice cream from Takeshita Seika that I have bought and eaten many times since I was a child. It's delicious. There is a bread version of this Black Mont Blanc. It's a collaboration product between Yamazaki and Takeshita Seika. Unfortunately, I have seen the ice cream in Yamaguchi Prefecture, but I have never seen the bread. When you open the package, it looks just like Black Mont Blanc. You might mistake it for the ice cream if there wasn't a stick in it (laughs). The appearance is very similar, the only difference is that it's not cold (laughs). It has plenty of cookie crunch and chocolate on top of the bread. Even though it's made of pie crust, it doesn't crumble when you eat it, which is nice. It perfectly reproduces the deliciousness of Black Mont Blanc. I wish they would sell it in Yamaguchi Prefecture as well. I bought 6 of these at the request of my family. If you want to buy a large quantity, this store always has around 30 of them, so it's a sure bet. Other FamilyMart stores that I know of only have 2-3 of them.
