I revisited the restaurant. It was nice that they accommodated my preferences. I received a little bit of appetizers and a lot of sushi. The peony shrimp and fresh yuba were delicious. Me-ichi tai with a wonderful aroma. Conger eel. Ishigaki clam and ocean essence. Spring child with a delicate aroma that melts into sweetness and a subtle texture. The sushi rice had a well-balanced richness. Medium fatty tuna that melts smoothly. The tuna was from Canada, with a refreshing fat content. Shinko was outstanding, with a hint of vinegar enhancing the umami. Fresh squid with a smooth texture and a gradual sweetness. Carabinero shrimp releasing its sweetness with each bite. Clear amberjack with a rich umami flavor. Horse mackerel with a refreshing fat content. Enjoying the pure fat content was a delight. Hairy crab with a charming sweetness. Octopus with a deep sweetness and a pleasant aroma. Tsubugai with a crunchy texture and an increasing sea scent. Lean tuna marinated in vinegar, with a subtle acidity and an umami flavor. Toro taco. Eel with salt and a tender texture. Tamago. Additional order. Flat shellfish that delicately unravels with a light and refreshing sweetness. Octopus with salt. A distinct and intense flavor typical of octopus, accentuated by the salt. Elegant dried gourd. Thank you for the feast.

While strolling through the park, I came across a new restaurant that caught my eye. It turned out to be a sushi restaurant, which is my favorite! I made a reservation and the staff was incredibly polite over the phone, raising my expectations even before going there. They only offer courses, but they are flexible in accommodating any preferences or dislikes you may have. The appetizers were delicious, and the sushi was amazing. I forgot to take photos, but the eel was especially well-prepared and the best I've had this summer! I will definitely be coming back.

A new sushi restaurant has opened in Kyomachi-bori. I had a lot of my favorite shellfish, including a large, curled shellfish that I had never seen before. It was incredibly sweet and delicious. The portion size was generous, but I devoured it all. The ankimo with lots of green onions was also new and delicious. The wasabi was plentiful, and the dried gourd roll was a hit. The chef's specialty dish was also very tasty. I have found a new favorite sushi restaurant. I went to Sushi Hachijuuhachi for the first time. From the appetizers to the sushi, I was impressed by the generous portions and careful preparation. I heard that the chef trained at the renowned restaurant Noguchi in Kita-shinchi, Osaka, before opening his own place. Everything was delicious. Personally, I have a strong feeling that this restaurant is on its way to becoming a top-notch establishment. The prices are also reasonable. I look forward to seeing how this sushi restaurant continues to grow.
