I had curry and a hamburger, sticking to the familiar sushi and trying the seasonal limited items. My son had onion rings. Last time, the batter was thick and crunchy, but this time it was thin and crispy. The potato mountain was tasty, but it didn't seem like a huge portion. And then when it came to the Gyudon, I thought, "Could it be possible that this famous actor actually ate here? Maybe, there's even a chance that it's delicious..." So I decided to visit and try it. Hmm. I see, the commercial was well done. The commercial was well done, but how about the Gyudon? Well, let's just say it's for fun. I also had some sushi as a palate cleanser, which was actually quite tasty. However, for some reason, I haven't visited Kura Sushi again since then.

There are many revolving sushi restaurants, and it's difficult to distinguish the quality of sushi between them when each plate costs only 100 yen. Service is also limited at that price point. Comparing revolving sushi restaurants to other types of restaurants is also challenging. Among revolving sushi restaurants, I find "Kura Sushi" to have slightly sweeter sushi rice and tastier soy sauce compared to others. However, the difference is not significant. The real standout at Kura Sushi is their weekday special of "kake udon" for only 120 yen, which I find to be a great deal. You could even have two bowls of udon for lunch and only need one plate of sushi to be satisfied. In total, it would only cost 345 yen. This is just my personal opinion.

It can get crowded here for a reason, but the cost performance is overwhelmingly better than other stores.
