After a meal, I had a drink with a friend. The bottles lined up with original liqueurs were impressive. The clientele may have been coincidental, but there were many foreigners. There are rules in place, so it doesn't seem like a place where you can linger unnecessarily, making the turnover seem good. I tried a fig soaked in brandy, which had an adult flavor and was delicious. If I lived in Fukuoka, I would want to visit this type of shop regularly to try all the varieties.

When I go to Fukuoka, I always make sure to stop by this interesting and delicious bar. This time, I sat at the counter for the first time and the owner's talk was entertaining. We chatted about various things and had fun trying to guess the types of blind marinated sake. While relaxing at a table is nice too, the best way to enjoy is sitting at the counter, listening to explanations about the over 100 types of marinated sake and sipping on them!

There were various unique menu items, and although I only tried caramel popcorn and cocoa-flavored drinks, the person I went with tried drinks like burdock and green pepper flavors. When I took a sip, it really tasted like vegetables, but it wasn't bad at all. It might be something that people who like it, really like it!

I visited this place after seeing it on Brutus in the past and being intrigued. There are over 100 different types of liqueurs here, and I was drawn in by the peanut butter cocktail. The variety of liqueurs available, including miso and bolognese liqueurs, was impressive. I tried the peanut butter cocktail and the raisin butter cocktail. They were delicious, and at only 750 yen per glass with no cover charge, it was a great deal. The staff were friendly and had great communication skills. It's a wonderful bar, and I definitely want to go back!

Today, I visited Citadel, a familiar place that I always enjoy. The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable. I wonder if the banana chips are homemade? I went to Citadel, which I like to call "Sake LABO" on my own. I love alcohol and cocktails, and I fell in love with cocktails all over again after discovering this place! It's a popular spot with great momentum. I don't remember what kind of nuts were in this cocktail because I got tipsy, but I remember it was incredibly delicious. I'll definitely go back again!

Today I visited this place. The coffee cocktails here are famous. I ordered coffee shochu, espresso martini, and bell pepper liqueur. This place is not your typical bar, it's unique. The coffee shochu is smooth and easy to drink, very delicious. The espresso martini is also delicious, a signature drink. Lastly, the bell pepper liqueur, which is an original creation at this place. How does it taste? It's delicious! It has a bell pepper flavor but also a strong alcohol taste. Very cozy and enjoyable to drink. I will definitely come back again!

But I really want to try Chicken Over Rice. So, with the power of civilization, I searched on Instagram and found out that Citadel serves it for lunch. And it's the real deal. I had to go! Going to a bar alone was a bit nerve-wracking, but I bravely stepped in with slightly suspicious behavior. I topped my Chicken Over Rice with cilantro. This looks... delicious!! The chicken has a different base flavor each week, and this week it was Jerk Chicken with a spicy kick. The tender chicken was great, but the sauce was amazing. And the cilantro was fresh and crunchy, pairing perfectly. It was my first time trying Chicken Over Rice, and I will remember it as a delicious and impressive dish. The staff were all friendly, making it a fun lunch break. I have to go back next week. Thank you for the meal!

I have visited SITADEL several times, and most of their cocktails are made with homemade liqueurs, which are original to the restaurant. They offer a variety of flavors ranging from sweet chocolate, seasonal fruits, and cream cheese to unique options like cucumber, sweet potato, and even ginger pork. The coffee liqueur is particularly delicious, but today, feeling adventurous, I tried their new menu item, the Tonkotsu Fizz. Served in a long glass with pork fat and sesame floating on top, garnished with seaweed. The accompanying red shot glass contains red ginger vodka, with a scent reminiscent of "umakacchan" (a popular Japanese ginger snack). The gap between the smell and appearance of the cocktail made me a bit uneasy at first, but the taste was sweet and had a nice fizz to it. Surprisingly enjoyable! (I added the red ginger halfway through for a flavor change. You can also get a refill, but I think one is enough... haha) It was a drink that made me feel the potential of cocktails.
As the night goes on, the place gets busier and the BGM gets louder, so I recommend going earlier. Thank you for the meal~

There are various original cocktails which is good. The restaurant is not very spacious, with only about 4 table seats. The gâteau au chocolat is quite delicious.
