This is a hot dog shop located behind McDonald's near Shonai Station. The price for one hot dog is between 450 and 650 yen, which may seem a bit high, but it's worth it! The hot dogs are very filling and delicious. I visited during Happy Hour (opening until 5:00 PM) and beer was only 300 yen. I ordered the chili dog and with the beer, it was less than 1000 yen, so I was very satisfied. The atmosphere is bright and I look forward to visiting again.

Osaka is about 10 minutes away from Umeda by the Hankyu Takarazuka Line, near Shonai Station where a member of THE SKIPPERS opened a hot dog shop. Before opening this shop, they were already popular for serving hot dogs in various places, and now they finally have their own shop. It's a take-out hot dog shop with a cozy atmosphere similar to Koenji in Tokyo. There are small tables on the side of the shop where you can eat if you want. The process starts after you order, with the bread being toasted, so there's a bit of a wait time but everyone enjoys it with canned beer. The vibe is great, with people chatting and having a good time. The prices are very reasonable, around 500 yen for a regular size and 300 yen for a half size. They also come up with limited edition menu items to keep things interesting. The sausages are juicy and the bread is nicely toasted, making for a delicious hot dog. They have original sauces that add extra flavor. They also provide spicy sauces on the tables for those who like it hot. They serve canned beer, so it's a great place to enjoy a beer with your hot dog. They even have shochu, including the unexpected choice of Sanzoku, and they'll even serve it with hot water. With both hot dog and a drink for just 1000 yen, it's a good deal. This review may be biased as it's from a friend's shop, but it's definitely worth a visit. If you're in the area, be sure to try their hot dogs. Thank you for the meal.

Frequent visits. A hot dog shop run by the vocalist of a punk band called THE SKIPPERS. The standard menu includes 6 types of hot dogs. They also offer limited-time and seasonal hot dogs, as well as side menu items like french fries. The biggest feature of their hot dogs is the thick and voluminous buns, with generous amounts of toppings such as keema curry or pickled mustard. The sausages are boiled once and then toasted, making them juicy. You can either eat standing at the counter, sit upstairs in a dining area, or take out. They also serve a variety of drinks, including beer, highballs, orange juice, and soda. The staff, especially the owner "Jaguar," are friendly. The shop may get crowded with fans of the band, but you can ask for help at the counter. Be mindful of pedestrians as the shop faces a street with parked bicycles and planters. When it's not busy, you can also place a phone order for pick-up, which nearby snack shops seem to do.

On August 6, 2017, I went to an indie outdoor music festival called PUNK THIS TOWN 2017 in Ikeda City, Osaka. I was looking forward to seeing GELUGUGU, Neurotica, and GAGAGA SP! There were various food and drink stalls from local shops in Ikeda City and the northern part of Osaka. I decided to try a hot dog from JAGUAR'S HOT DOG, owned by the vocalist of SKIPPERS, Jaguar. For 500 yen, I got a hot dog and it was delicious! The freshly boiled sausage was juicy and flavorful, and the whole grain or sprouted grain bun complemented it perfectly. They also added crushed potato chips as a unique touch. It was really tasty and I would love to visit the shop someday. It was a great meal! Thank you!
