I visited Shari Town and thought that sushi would be nice, so I dropped by. The exterior looks like a sushi restaurant. Inside, there are a few counter seats and table seats. There may also be tatami seating, although I'm not sure if it's in use. The shop is run by the owner alone, who seems very charming. On this day, there weren't many ingredients due to it being a Sunday, so I asked the owner to recommend some sushi for me, and it was all delicious. Depending on the timing, it might be good to consult with the owner while enjoying your meal. This time, the blackthroat seaperch was particularly delicious. The prices are also very reasonable. Please enjoy your meal at a leisurely pace. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

A few years ago, there was a sushi restaurant located behind the drugstore "Tsuruha," which moved to a new location along the national highway. I visited a few years ago and had a bad experience where the chawanmushi I ordered never arrived, leaving me quite upset. I decided to give it another try this time. The restaurant is located along the national highway, just after crossing the overpass on the side towards Abashiri. The exterior looks like a large house and doesn't give off a sushi restaurant vibe at all. Inside, there are counter seats, table seats, and a raised tatami area at the back. We chose to sit at a table. There was a small fan heater, which was nice (sorry, this is a story from February). Of course, we were served tea (which I think is a given for a sushi restaurant). We ordered the "Kasuga don" and the recommended "Chika and Tachi fry," as well as giving the "chawanmushi" another try. The "Kasuga don" was a bowl with various toppings like vinegar octopus, egg, tuna, salmon, and fried tofu, allowing you to enjoy a variety of flavors. The recommended "Chika and Tachi fry" was delicious, with Tachi being cod milt that is fluffy and tasty when fried. After enjoying our meal and filling our stomachs, when we asked for the bill, the chawanmushi was nowhere to be found again. It remains a mystery (perhaps it was forgotten since it wasn't included in the bill).
