Today, I attended the Pajama Drive performance by HKT48's Himawari team. The lineup included Emiri, Hanachan, Maria, Nenechan, Hijirin, and Kurutan from the 6th generation, along with other young members. Since it's the Bon holiday, even though it's a Monday, the show started at 5 pm as a holiday schedule. It was so hot that I took a bus from Hakata Station and arrived with some unexpected spare time, so I decided to visit the FUK Coffee Seaside branch at EZO Fukuoka. I wanted something sweet and refreshing to clear the taste of the yakitori and karaage I had for lunch, so I planned to order a hot Americano for 450 yen and the famous FUK pudding. However, they were sold out! But I was told that they still had pudding available for takeout, served on a plate (without flipping it) along with ice cream, so I ordered that along with my coffee. The total came to 1050 yen. The shop was crowded, not just with young people but also families and people around my age. The three staff members were working efficiently to serve everyone. The coffee was served in the same double-layered paper cup as the main branch, with a dark brown color typical of Americano and a strong flavor with a good balance of bitterness and richness. I remembered they started roasting their own coffee at their roastery earlier this spring. The pudding was slightly firm with a nice sweetness from the ice cream, overpowering the caramel bitterness from the espresso used. The Americano seemed a bit overshadowed, so I might just enjoy the drinks next time. After this break, I enjoyed the Pajama Drive performance! I feel like I'm starting to remember the faces, names, and personalities of the 6th generation members little by little. I also won tickets for tomorrow's two performances, so I'll do my best!

I'm here again~ FUK COFFEE! Last time I went to a shop near Ohori Park, but this time I'm at the PayPay Dome! There are plenty of seating areas here! You can take a break! The latte was delicious! The latte art was also beautiful! The shop was stylish too! I bought drip coffee as a souvenir. I will definitely come back!

On the fourth day of GW, it was Pina's (formerly HKT48's Goto Harunano) birthday celebration. I was lucky to win in the second round of ticket sales for this weekday show. The theater was located next to PayPay Dome, at EZO FUKUOKA, where I discovered a new shop called Seaside by FUK Coffee on the third floor (opened on 3/30). FUK Coffee, which used to be in Haruyoshi (now relocated to Gion), was a favorite of Mio-chan (graduate Asanaga Mio), and it seems that current members are already using it and posting on Instagram. The star of the day, Pina-chan, enjoyed a matcha latte for 650 yen with Kurina (fellow member Kuritani Rina), so I decided to try the same before the show. The shop is located in front of a revolving sushi restaurant. I wonder what used to be here before? You can get a good view of PayPay Dome from the window-facing seats. Can you see the sea from the outdoor terrace seats? The matcha latte was sweet but had a strong matcha bitterness, making it well-balanced. FUK Coffee has been expanding with stores in Parks (Ohori Park), NGS (Nagasaki), OSA (Osaka), HIJ (Hiroshima), and now with Seaside and a recently opened specialty coffee shop for roasting (available for eat-in or take-out), I have to visit there too!

This time, I used it before watching the game. Even though I was with my child, the staff was very kind. The classic pudding (600 yen) with toppings for an extra 100 yen is a fun dessert. The pudding is firm, rich, and mild. The melting texture of the ice cream also stimulates the appetite. I had a cafe latte. The heart latte art was cute. They have indoor and open terrace seating. The firm pudding with rich caramel was delicious. The lemonade I ordered with it tasted more like lemon water.
